"I have 10 grandchildren, and my sister, who is turning 70, has 6 grandchildren. We came to New York to visit, but our experience was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we were met with foul language and disrespectful behavior that I won't even describe. The bar staff even physically pushed me when they were trying to make us leave, despite the fact that we were a group of 7 family members (3 from Texas) and I was only drinking water. None of us were drunk, and all of this occurred within just 20 minutes of us getting there. I can't comment on the food because we never had the chance to order. I'm really baffled by the level of rudeness and lack of respect we encountered. This is the first time I've ever experienced anything like this! These bartenders are a disgrace to New Yorkers. I'm so glad to be back in Texas, where women are treated with dignity!"

"I had a surprise 30th birthday party on 12/14/24 for my son. Sal and the staff were so amazing and friendly and made sure everyone was happy. The calamari was so tender and the pizzas were so fresh and tasty. The shrimp franchise was the best we ever had. We also had chicken marsala, eggplant rollatini and penne Alla vodka. Everything was so delicious along with the fresh garlic knots. I also called Sal 2 hours before the party for him to have prosecco available for my guests. He made a call and had that ready when we arrived. We had the whole restaurant to ourselves which made it great to get up and walk around. I highly recommend Red Volpe to come for dinner or to have a special event. My family and friends really enjoyed themselves. Thanks for a great time and absolutely amazing food."

"The donuts are quite good, but the main issue is the lack of service. I waited 15 minutes for assistance, and during that time, someone jumped the line to place their order. I won’t be returning or recommending this place. It’s better to go to Dunkin' Donuts or 7-Eleven, where they treat customers with respect. I hope the management reads reviews like this and considers hiring qualified staff."

"Jeff manages the best Carvel, and his staff is absolutely exceptional. Our families visit frequently, and we order all our birthday and holiday cakes from them. They impress us yet again with a beautifully made birthday cake that was fresh and exactly how we wanted it. The team at this location treats everyone like family with their kindness and willingness to help. Customer care truly comes first here. The ice cream is fresh, and the store is always spotless.
