"Unfortunately, the online ordering system was frustrating. The menu only listed dish names without any descriptions, leaving us clueless about what was actually in the Mediterranean vegetable pizza. I had to search for the menu elsewhere before returning to the ordering platform to make a decision. We received our food fairly quickly, which included cacio e pepe and a pork pizza. My wife thought the pasta was decent but remarked that it wasn’t worth the price; we’ve had tableside Alfredo in other restaurants for a similar cost that tasted better. The pizza, however, was particularly disappointing. When I opened the box, I was shocked to find what looked like a personal-sized pizza for nearly $20. When I picked up a slice, all the toppings slid right off the crust. While the flavor was passable, it felt more like a deconstructed pizza than an actual one. Overall, I was not impressed with the quality of the food given the price. I can't comment on the waitstaff since we only used room service. If the live entertainment had been at a reasonable volume, it could have enhanced our experience, but instead, it almost left us deaf."

My fiance and I had our engagement dinner here and they took amazing care of us! The food was amazing, and the service was excellent! Will definitely be back!

The manager was really nice. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre. Our octopus was overcooked and the short rib parpardelle was really disappointing. It works if you're looking for something more casual...my wife got the pizza and it was very good. Atmosphere was solid located in the lobby of the Kimpton Hotel.

The restaurant is wonderful...food is delicious, wait staff very good..BUT...there is no large visible sign outside of the propert to tell you where the restaurant is located... and there is NO parking close by. It's a shame to have such a wonderful restaurant and it's almost impossible to find unless you r staying close by. View menu

My primary concern, and what I consider my most important suggestion, is regarding the seating arrangements. The tables are extremely uncomfortable—perhaps the most poorly designed setup imaginable. I believe the chef and waitstaff should take some time to sit down together and brainstorm effective solutions to rectify this significant issue.

My husband and I enjoyed breakfast at this restaurant and we absolutely loved it. He ordered freshly squeezed orange juice along with the Bargello breakfast, while I opted for black coffee and Eggs Florentine. Both meals were hearty and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly as well. I highly recommend this place; it’s a lovely restaurant!
