"The sweetbreads were an exciting first-time experience for me, and I’m so glad I decided to try them! They were perfectly prepared, offering a charming contrast between the crispy exterior and the rich, tender interior. The flavor reminded me of a mix between monkfish liver and something unique—so delicious that I almost finished my plate! The soufflé was incredibly fluffy with just the right amount of sweetness. I truly believe we’ve found our new favorite spot. My wife was also very pleased with the meal. We will definitely be back multiple times to explore the entire menu!"

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality.The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways.The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."

"Lovely, clean, fresh, friendly I ordered the chicken Caesar kale salad, it was awesome and croutons were made fresh. They had a lunch special which included beer on tap for $20! The vibe was chill and the place was really clean, lots of natural light. My server was really friendly and made me feel at home. I will definitely be back! "Coming here on a rainy miserable afternoon, with luck having not been on my side for weeks, it felt like I was participating in an age-old ritual. Come in from the cold, outside world into the warm embrace of an Irish pub to fill your soul on velvety smooth pours of thick-bodied pints of Guinness and a massive heaping of Shepherd’s Pie. That pie was exquisite, the meat cooked delicately but the portions generous. This is the kind of pub you can only find in the US in Boston. Cheers!"

"My kids and I went to Cava one evening for dinner. There was a tall man working there—I'm fairly certain his name was Chris. He was very accommodating regarding my kids’ food allergies and took great care to prevent any cross-contamination while preparing our meals. The food and service were excellent. I highly recommend this place and will definitely return."
