"What’s not to love? We were busy, and the restaurant was bustling, but we still managed to get a table. The decor was beautiful, and everything was spotless. Our server was incredibly friendly and had great knowledge of the menu. There were so many delicious options that it was tough to make a choice. Our food arrived promptly, and every dish was fantastic! My wife had the traditional Eggs Benedict, her favorite, and she absolutely loved it. The eggs were cooked perfectly, and the hollandaise sauce was incredible. I opted for the fried steak and beans, and I savored every single bite. It was truly the best of both worlds! I finished my meal so quickly that I decided to try the house's cowboy chili, which was spicy and had a delightful smoky flavor. Our daughter ordered the waffle and claimed it was the best she had ever had! I couldn’t resist trying half of it from her plate. It was light and crispy with a lovely hint of vanilla—just amazing. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit if you’re in the Cheney area. We’ll surely be back to explore more from the menu!"

This is an amazing little spot for breakfast and lunch in Cheney, WA. They offer an incredible variety of eggs Benedict, as well as breakfast burritos and waffles. They truly know what they’re doing, and you won’t be disappointed! View menu

When the bill came to $47.65, I handed her $60.00, and she asked if I wanted change. I replied yes. I typically leave generous tips, always exceeding the required amount. However, when I received my change back, she handed me $12.00 instead of the correct $12.35 after I left a $4.00 tip. It was disappointing to see such a lack of customer service and basic math skills. I will not be returning.

This place is fantastic! The food is absolutely delicious. We called ahead, and they were able to accommodate our group of 11. I ordered the chicken roast steak benedict, and it was incredible—perfectly cooked egg and tender steak. My daughter had a hard time choosing, so our server/owner Alexx suggested she try two half-portions, which they happily do. The huckleberry waffle was tender and beautifully golden brown. I can’t say enough good things about Benes’s, and I plan to return as often as possible. The staff is extremely friendly, and the owners make a point to come over and greet customers when they can. What a wonderful addition to the Cheney area! I absolutely love this place.

"Meatball sandwich was the Most amazing sandwich and I will go back just for this! However, have an issue with the dog treats. Our dog, who eats everything, tried the dog treat and literally spit them out. We tried ito give if again later and he spit it out again. We were curious so we tried it ourselves there was no taste. Absolutely none. It was just grit in our mouths. Our dog must have felt like he wasn’t eating food! We called the store and asked the ingredients chicken or beef bouillon cube, oats, salt and whole wheat flour zero flavor. Please consider removing the salt and bouillon cube and adding peanut butter or banana. For .50 cents a treat at least make it with flavor. We do appreciate the Mason Jar isn’t using any crazy ingredients (well the bouillon cube is) but please consider changing it up a bit. Ingredients in a chicken bouillon cube: SALT, SUGAR, HYDROLYZED CORN PROTEIN, MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE, CORN SYRUP SOLIDS, ONION POWDER, MALTODEXTRIN, CHICKEN FAT, SODIUM BICARBONATE, CONTAINS LESS THAN 2% OF SILICON DIOXIDE, DRIED COOKED CHICKEN, CALCIUM SILICATE, NATURAL FLAVOR (CONTAINS SOY AND CELERY), TURMERIC (COLOR), DISODIUM GUANYLATE, DISODIUM INOSINATE, AUTOLYZED YEAST EXTRACT, HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN, SPICES, CARAMEL COLOR, YEAST EXTRACT, GARLIC POWDER, GELATIN, ARTIFICIAL FLAVOR (CONTAINS MILK), BUTTER (CREAM), BUTTER OIL, THIAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE (VITAMIN B1), SOY LECITHIN."
