"First, the window for pedestrian ordering is closed. I would love the option to walk over and grab a coffee since I work just across the street. Second, the flavor of the drinks has been off. I ordered a quad shot over ice with vanilla flavor, then tried white mocha twice—once iced and once hot. I also sampled just shots over ice and plain espresso. Unfortunately, everything tasted subpar. I even explored their more flavored drinks, but the underlying coffee flavor was unpleasant and left a bad aftertaste that lingered for hours, even after drinking water to try and cleanse my palate. If you’re looking to attract more customers, I highly recommend implementing a mobile ordering app or online service that allows patrons to order ahead of time."

I usually have a great experience at this restaurant, but yesterday was different. As a new mom, I finally took a quick break to grab a coffee. When I arrived and tried to get in line, I noticed that some cars ahead of me were not pulling up into Bentley's drive-thru. The girl taking orders rudely told me, "Those cars way back there didn’t get their orders taken, and you just cut them off. Now you get to sit here and wait," and she walked away.
