"This place is a hit or miss, I've seen a few of their locations around but only recently ordered a few times from their New Hyde Park location. The vermicelli noodle salad is my current recommendation from this restaurant, although every single time I've ordered this dish (x3), the taste is never the same, as if it's a different person cooking it each time but trying to follow the same template....regarding the most popular item, phò, their pho broth is kind of weak and it doesn't come with much … – show"

Only second best to the most famous Vietnamese restaurant in The Bronx; so if you cannot travel to The Bronx, then come to Bia and enjoy the Pho soup, better then all the other restaurants in the area.

Enjoyed my meal. The food was good and a nice portion. The appetizers were good, but way overpriced for the size of the order. 4 tiny dumplings for $6.50. I ordered 3 appetizers, I will never order any again. View menu

I got the grilled pork banh mi and it's quite possibly the worst banh mi I have ever had. I have had better banh mi in rural Indiana. They somehow made it taste more Mediterranean than Vietnamese. The banh mi was small and more akin to an extremely poorly done french baguette than a Vietnamese banh mi. Would not recommend

It was my first time there. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. I’m from the area and have been in search for a good local Vietnamese place for Pho. I found it. I ordered the beef rib on bone pho and it was absolutely delicious! The interior is very homey! The owner was very warm and welcoming And you can’t beat their happy hour 12—7!

My opinion is 1/10. Bun Bo hue was very expensive at $17 for so little meat. The flavor of the broth lack luster. And this was the first time I ever got cabbage instead of bean sprouts very unauthentic. Don't waste your time. If you want a recommendation feel free to reach out to me. The food is surprising good! When you first walked into the restaurant you will mistaken it with a bar due to the decor. But once you settle down and order, your senses settles down and you realized it's a restaurant. It's got you hot chili oil that you put into your pho or other dishes. I got the classic Vietnamese sandwich and pho. Both were very surprising. We didn't have much expectations to start but it's comparable to other vietnamese restaurants. However the bean sprouts were on the low … – show

I visited for the first and last time today. I ordered the beef pho, and it was horrible. As some have already mentioned, the beef is very chewy and is not the correct type of beef for traditional pho. However, the biggest issue is the salt content. The pho was so ridiculously salty that I had to take the noodles out of the broth, dry them with napkins, and then eat the bare noodles with some hoisin drizzled on them. Lastly, the dish itself was very skimpy in terms of quantity. It was just a co … – show
