"This is the second time that I have ordered the same item, the Veggie Delite from Subway in Wellston Ohio. My order once again is not how it is supposed to be. I am fed up and will not be using their services again seeing as how they are unable to make a simple sub or provide any sort of customer service."

"My boyfriend got the new box and his was good, not messed up! I got the Cravings Box and my order was not in any way complicated. Literally just cheese and meat on everything expect the burrito, that I added chipotle sauce on it. My box was completely messed up."

The service was outstanding as well. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Finally, the atmosphere was delightful. "Food was not correct had to go in and get missing items. then had to go in again because bacon was burnt on my sandwich. When they corrected it they gave me the wrong sandwich so had to go back into the store and on this trip the sandwich was corrected but the biscuit was half cooked."

"As others have noted, the service at this restaurant is slow. It took us several minutes to be seated as the staff seemed more focused on mopping the floors. After finally being seated, it took additional time for us to place our order and receive our food. The food, however, was good for a small Ohio town and comparable to what you might find in larger cities. The portions were just right, and we enjoyed the beef fajitas and beef salad bowl. The fajitas were lean and flavorful, although the salad bowl had a large piece of fat that was disappointing. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained. In the end, we would consider coming back despite the slow service, as the quality was better than other nearby options. Just be prepared to wait a bit before being seated."
