"I had not been to Annie 's in some years. Met my friend for breakfast. Took our order promptly and we received it quickly. The eggs and toast were good but the home fries had an herb on them that was unpleasant to me. I ate some but did not complain. The problem we had after that was an inattentive waitress..forgetting we asked for more cream or coffee refills. When we were ready to leave, we added a generous tip (in spite of our issues) and paid in cash. We were saying goodbye outside the door when our waitress came rushing out with the money and bill in her hand implying we shortchanged $10. How embarrassing to us that the other restaurant employees and patrons thought we cheated her. When she realized she did have the correct amount plus tip she said 'oh, the new bills must have been stuck together '. They weren 't stuck when we gave them to her. I won 't return there."

"We just had your pizza and fresh fries for the first time. I can honestly say the pizza was excellent...got mine with peppers, my husband had one with pepperoni...very tasty and crust was really good. I am a connoisseur of great tasting french fries...they now are in my top three best. One more great thing, they said they would be delivering it about a half hour...it was here in about 20min. and very hot! Bottom line...Definitely THE place to get your pizza!!!"

"Late week dinner, hostess was cold and has nice as a jail door. We were seating in a corner next to a strong vinegar smell (they just clean table next to us) I guess. Seeing that the restaurant was empty, it was honestly disrespectful to seat us there. Wedidn?t say anything as we felt that we annoy them because it was 9pm. Sorry we don?t all eat at 5:30pm, we finished worklate. Waitress was nice, so we forgot about the smell. Margherita pizza was ok. And fried dough dessert were ok also. Vanillaice cream was the worst commercial brand that you can buy in a store."

"1. Unlike most restaurants, there is no pressure to vacate your table quickly. We have stayed well past closing time multiple times because we just couldn't get enough of the delicious food. 2. If there's a specific dish you're eager to try, make sure to mention it when making your reservation. Since the ingredients are freshly purchased daily in limited quantities, popular items may sell out before you arrive. 3. Feel free to bring your own wine (BYOB) - we recommend a nice French red and white. There's a liquor store nearby for your convenience. 4. Chef Jay has impressed us on multiple occasions by suggesting perfect wine pairings for the meals we brought. Overall, we can't recommend this restaurant enough. It's a true hidden gem, and we can't wait to return."

"My wife and always order the same thing because we love their steak and cheeses. Except this time, we order abd we get the wrong size grinders. So i call to have this fixed and was told to bring in the grinders and they would then charge me the difference for the larges. The clerk was pretty rude over it. I understand they are busy with limited staff, but i clearly stated i wanted 2 large ones. And I thought i paid for 2 large ones already. It was their mistake so i am expected to pay more for it now? No. They just lost a regular. Go to Great Oak instead. They are amazing. How the hell is it okay to bring back touched food and exchange it? What do they plan on doing with it? Reselling it? The servings have gotten a lot smaller over the last year with much higher prices."
