"Tried new ciabatta toasted cheese that has bacon on it. Asked if the bacon can be crispy. Server replied I don 't know what crispy is, I don 't eat bacon so I don 't even know what that means. Asked if he could just cook the bacon a little longer, he replied He didn 't know how, and The bacon is precooked which means it is still limp and greasy. I asked if he could just microwave it or something, he mumbled something like there is no microwave, well there is one but its behind stuff and I don 't know how to use it ? Then he handed me the sandwich, which did indeed have limp half raw bacon on it and walked into the back room, ignoring me. The store was empty at the time so they were not busy. The sandwich would be good if you like limp bacon, the customer service was odd and almost rude."

I came in with nothing but a gift card I got from a friend and was short 78 cents on my drink the dear manager (who was running the register) waived the change and told me not to worry about paying it. She was so kind and warm!

Stopped in because I was running early for work. I'm glad I did! The coffee is delicious and the barista even put a pretty design on my cold foam. It's the little things. I'll definitely be back in the mornings when I have a little extra time.
