Although the drive-thru may be a bit slow, this coffee shop is definitely worth the wait. Biggby delivers on their usual great quality and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good cup of coffee.

The food and drinks were fantastic. However, they were understaffed, which caused a significant delay in taking our order and preparing it. It wasn't the staff's fault; there simply weren't enough of them available.

I recommend staying away from this Biggby location. I observed an employee smoking a cigarette while preparing coffee at the drive-thru. You might want to ask them about the frequency of their ice machine cleaning as well.
