"The staff was so attentive! I sat at the bar and the bartenders were so accommodating. I got to celebrate my birthday here and it was a beautiful experience. The ambiance and vibe in the restaurant was absolutely perfect. Down to the food, the drinks, and even the dessert. I didn't get the names of the two young guys at the bar, but they were so helpful and there recommendations made my experience easier/helpful. The churros were my favorite part, the abuelita dipping sauce was just PERFECT. Thank you Mariposa for this beautiful experience!"

"I wanted to love this restaurant as we were staying at the hotel it is located in and its menu looked great. We had mediocre guac and salsa to start. I had scallops that were cooked awful and had zero taste. But it wasn 't a seafood restaurant so maybe that 's my fault. But if you charge $40 for an entree it should be decent. My husband had short ribs tacos and they were meh We wished we had just walked up to another restaurant in the Uptown on the main drag."

"Tried many restaurant in Sedona and had wanted to try Mesa Grill based on reviews. Got to say I was disappointed. The view and ambiance were fine and as expected but we won’t rush back for the food. Fish and chips were recommended and were okay, but there are better ones at a certain Irish pub. The Apple and cherry crisp i suspect had not been baked. It was totally soggy and absolutely drowned in whipped cream. Way too sweet we couldn’t finish it. The service was fast but we felt pressured to leave. The dessert menu came during the main course and the check came as soon as the dessert was delivered."

"blackened heavy fish and pig dogs were good. sa next to the terrace doors...not large seat. the last of the traffic, which leave doors open, and the constant brise made the dinner a little unpleasant. service was slow minutes to be welcomed by server) and server seemed overwhelmed. Live restaurant."

"Food was excellent. The steak noddle salad was fantastic. Restaurant was very busy and loud. We were seated at the table by the hall to the bathroom and it is not a good place to sit because people waiting for bathroom are standing right next to you while you eat.Would have preferred to sit outside but we were told that our reservation did not specifically indicate we wanted outdoor seating. So if you want to sit outdoors, make sure you specify that in reservation. We asked twice if we could move and they could not accommodate us. The outdoor patio had beautiful views"
