"The first time we dined there, the food was fantastic. Since we live just down the street, it was always fresh when we picked it up. But with every order, the food has looked and tasted less appealing. We're usually disappointed with our meals, but we kept hoping to support the business. On our last visit, we ordered tacos with just cheese and chicken along with a taco salad. By the time we got home—only a short drive from 39th Street to 34th—the chips were cold, the taco salad resembled a mess, and the tacos were completely incorrect. If it had been our first experience, we might not have made such a fuss, but we decided to return the food and request a refund since it was inedible. When I called to explain the issue and ask for a refund, the man who answered hung up on me. I tried calling back, and a woman explained that he spoke very little English, which is why he disconnected the call. While I understand language barriers, it would have been more appropriate for him to transfer the call to someone who could assist. It felt quite rude. We've made multiple attempts to support this restaurant, but after this experience, we won’t be going back. The food has consistently been sloppy and disappointing."

"I had heard so much about Diehl that my expectations were quite high, and I’m happy to say the food exceeded them. I ordered the baked steak with sage, green beans, and rolls, along with a salad and chocolate cake. Everything had a homemade taste, and the chocolate cake was especially rich and fresh. However, the green beans could have used a bit more flavor. The high-quality butter served with the homemade rolls complemented the meal perfectly, and there was plenty of gravy with the baked steak. Overall, Diehl serves the kind of food that Cracker Barrel aims to achieve. I visited on a Sunday right after church, and the restaurant was bustling. The service was understandably a little slow, but I still enjoyed beverage refills and had a great experience. I definitely look forward to trying more dishes from their extensive menu."

"Rio Grande has been my favorite restaurant for years. I’ve always enjoyed everything I’ve had there. However things have changed. I ordered Texas style fajitas: chicken, beef, and shrimp (lunch portion). Disappointed. Mostly chicken, very little beef and only 2 small shrimp.The portion was very fine, however, the meal itself was a total disappointment.Apparently they are pre-cooking the fajitas and then reheating them to serve to you. My fajitas were terrible. They tasted reheated. They did not taste fresh. The vegetables were soggy and dripping with liquid because of sitting so long. If I wanted reheated food, I’d go to Taco Bell!!I expect that my food is freshly cooked and taste fresh instead of the mess that I received. When I told the cashier she did discount my food, but that wasn’t what I was looking for. I was looking for the same quality and great Mexican food that I have enjoyed for many, many years I want my food freshly cooked and served hot. Reheated food is not up to their standard! Shame on them."

"I REALLY missed this place, so when I heard their buffet was back, I went to it! Okay, the flavors had changed on all my favor dishes, and not for the better. The crab rangoons came out fresh multiple times, but they were all chewy and old tasting. The pepper beef tasted like it had some dish soap mixed into it. The fried rice had METAL SCOURING PAD PIECES (yes, more than 1 piece)in it! When the manager was told, he just played it off saying it was no big deal and walked away without even a sorry or I 'll check out the dish on the buffet ..!!! When my son came back from the buffet after that, THERE WERE MORE IN HIS FOOD AS WELL!!! We told the other working there and she didn 't even bat an eyelash and just shrugged her shoulders!!! Our waitress was really good, but the place was so packed, that it was hard to get around inside after they seated a wheelchair person right next to the buffet and everyone was blocked on one side of it because of that. After about 10 minutes, she was moved away from it and people could walk around the buffet again.The lack of caring about the metal shavings has 100% turned me away from ever going there again. This could have sent a child (or anyone) to the hospital and they could care less as long as they got their money from them 1st."

"I usually go to Hibachi Square on Corridor G and liked it a lot, that was until I had eaten at Sakura. This is my Asian cuisine restaurant. Her Hibachi was excellent and the sushi was amazing. It sounds silly, but her fried rice was the best I ever had. The prices were very reasonable, the staff was very polite, and the cook was professional, but amusing. I've already informed about how great this place is and will eat again soon."
