Brian's Shave Ice - Menu

I liked it. Nice place. Has a variety of sweets including shaved ice.Unique in that the shaved ice was served in a big bowl! Also, friendly cashier.Keep it up!

Brian's shaved ice was amazing! Never had anything like it. Who would've thought to have shaved ice with an ice cream filling??!! But it was great. Customer service was great and overall highly recommended!

Wasn't impressed. The shave ice flavoring tasted a little artificial. We ordered one of each size(kiddy, reg, large) all different flavor. Not really good... I also ordered the taro milk tea. That was okay, the boba was a little over cooked but the flavor was fine. View menu

The service was very bad and the manger is so very RUDE. He wouldn't admit that he has a very bad service and employees and would rather argue with customers rather than fixing his employee's attitude and his too. Honestly I'd rather go eat ice from my fridge than going there again

I literally couldn't speak because the flavors were so good at this restaurant. It was a hidden gem with diverse and unique options that made it hard to choose just one. I felt like a kid in a candy store, but with shaved ice. The only downside was getting brain freeze and forgetting the name of the place.

Best taro drink I've had from them so far! My first time going there and the guy in the register helped me out choosing the drink and recommend me getting taro boba milk tea because he said it would taste like cereal and he was right it actually reminds me of fruity pebbles cereal so im glad I bought that drink . I tried this place for the first time, my girl wanted to try her shaved ice, which was not bad. What I was not satisfied was the service and attitude. I do not expect to be greeted with flowers and a party, but I did not feel welcome or comfortable. The cashier did not greet and as we looked at the menu, we did not get any help. I just have a nasty face at the gum like it wasn't tomorrow. I'm not bringing my business back.

I visited the restaurant on a Thursday and found that their lights were already out at 10:05pm. Despite the doors still being open, two employees, one with blue hair, were cleaning up and informed me that they had closed at 10pm, even though their website stated they closed at 11pm. This experience highlighted poor service and time management. The restaurant needs to improve communication and adhere to their stated operating hours.
