"we celebrated our daughter college division and had reserved 15 at 6:30. we came at 6:20 and sat right away. we sat there for about 20 minutes and was told that they are looking for menus and cutlery. finally came and got beverage orders and as menus. our waitress came from the beginning with an employment, but we wanted to have fun. we went into salatable and it was half empty and was said that they had no personal to fill it. the restaurant was only half full. we waited for about 2 hours to eat and drink. eating was cold when it came and later found out why our waitress britney did not care how pathetic her service was because her tipp was included in the bill. what would be over 70.00 clock, we asked for pop refill to ask them and still didn't get them. she was asked to steak sauce was said she needed to find something and never brought. my daughter told them our food was cold and the service was bad and britney came by and began to raise her voice to my daughter. another staff came by and tried to help, but britney went to a customer who sat at the bar and began to talk about us. they tried to involve others and to cause drama. dreadful waitress with a huge attitude. it was sad because so my daughter could celebrate her conclusion with cold prime rib and terrible service. britney certainly brought beer because they add to her bill, but not refilling. they have to ask for them several times. if I were management, I would be embarrassed that I had treated customers like that and served food that was so cold. my father had the walleye and said it would have been delicious if it had been cold. super sad because it was a nice place, but terrible service and cold eating. will not be back and will tell others."

My boyfriend and I stopped after working a bit late on a project and were happy to find they were still open past 8PM, this being both of our first time coming to the Lake House. He ordered a medium rare ribeye and I had the seafood tacos with a side of fries (which the cook was kind enough to make my tacos with both cod and shrimp it was SUPER yum . My boyfriend gave me a bite of his ribeye (shocked that he shared any because that was also really good! Perfect medium rare and very tender . Both the waitress and cook we talked with were very polite and friendly. We’re looking forward to the next time we come here for dinner. :

5th or 6th time coming here and what an awful experience this time was. Ordered drinks, received pop. Went to the bar to finally get our drinks. Waitress took our orders wrong. One had the wrong side and an undercooked steak. One had extra stuff that was asked to be left off. And one order was completely forgotten about. I can get a better salad bar at the Coffee Cup gas station than you can get there tonight.Maybe an off night. Maybe not. It’ll be a while before we step through them doors again.The bar tender lady was nice and was saying sorry for the service.They had a nice selections of crayons for our 18 month old daughter. Her chicken strips and fries came out as expected.
