Bruster's Real Ice Cream

We absolutely love their ice cream! They offer a variety that caters to the whole family. It’s our favorite spot to take guests, because who doesn’t enjoy ice cream?

Good ice cream served by competent people. Lots of outdoor seating and plenty of fun games for everyone. Connect 4, Sand box, Corn Hole, Ring Toss and more! Shade for the adults.

Very tasty ice cream, butter pecan is with rich nut and creamy and thick tasty texture, double chocolate chunk and mint chocolate chips are so good. Just love these! I had the small two scoops and it is so much to even sharing with.

Brusters has literally the best ice cream in the area. Flavors are always on rotation and made in house. It can get super busy but staff is always the top of their game and get through the line quickly and efficiently while also giving great customerservice. Love the outdoor area around it and how relaxing it is.

I absolutely love Bruster’s! It has been a favorite of mine ever since I moved here just over a year ago, especially this location. The staff are always friendly and provide great service, and the lines never take long. Now they even have Bruster’s t-shirts! Pumpkin pecan disgusting and whoever waited on me seemed like they were on drugs. Very antsy and spacey. No coke for coke floats. Chocolate chip listed on the menu and was told that was wrong and they didn't have it. Worst service ever atbrusters. Update: management contacted me and rectified the situation. I will continue to support busters as I did before mybad experience.

This is one of our favorite places, and we visit almost every week. The food is freshly made and packed with excellent flavors. We would love to see more seasonal offerings or some of our old favorites again—I really miss the Black Raspberry Chocolate Chunk! Additionally, we often bring a young man with autism along, and the staff here is consistently kind and patient with both him and us while we place our orders. We sometimes indulge in "ice cream for dinner," so please don’t judge us!

Customer service is horrible. They don?t even say ?hello, next in line or welcome to Bruster?s.? They just stare at you with a look like they want to be there. Girl taking the order was hiding behind her mask and the window. I said if you are calling me Ican?t hear you because you?re mumbling and your nose is the only thing poking out. Then I needed napkins because I have kids.They don?t give you any when they give you the ice cream. I stood in line and they pretended I wasn?t there and just kept takingorders. I walked to my car for a napkin. For $5 ice creams they could be a little more accommodating. We enjoyed the lawn gamesand sandbox and the kids liked the ice cream. View menu
