"The fish was literally half the size it usually is but still priced the same. I won't be returning. For $40 for a family meal, I received 10 shrimp instead of pieces of fish—essentially, they were all fish sticks packed into one container. It’s ridiculous! The picture shows a nice piece of fish, but what I got looked just like fish sticks. The fries are usually awful, and I've learned to tolerate them, but those fish sticks were just unacceptable! As for parking, I was the only customer there."

I just stopped and got fishnfries and a sweet tea. I was the only one in line and it took forever. I got home, not even 5 minutes from the store. The fries were half raw, cold, and the fish was gummy in spots I threw it away.

Let down. One of the worst ones I have been to. I know it's fast food. Captain D's normally does an exceptional job though. Fries was soggy and uncooked. Fish wasn't fresh... reset the whole quality control program and enforce fresh food for paying customers... js try. View menu

I enjoyed the fish, but the mac and cheese was disappointing as it didn’t contain any whole noodles. I ordered eight pieces of fish, a family-sized mac and cheese, and hush puppies, and the total came to over $30. Unfortunately, the service was lacking and not very helpful.
