All I ordered was a 9 piece jalapeño poppers. I had my order placed with 2 cars in front of me finally getting to the window, I was charged for something else. I knew my poppers were 5$. I got charged for something that costs more was confused because they didn’t even drop my poppers! #Worstexperienceever

This morning I was having a rough day due to issue at work. Mr. Levy (Levi) not sure sorry, had amazing customer service, very patient, great interpersonal skills and delivery with his approach at the window. I would recommend this location to anybody and I will be returning…this is my first experience at Carls Jr btw.!!
