"Don’t recommend this place at all. I would gave zero star if I could. Unprofessional family style business. Terrible service. Forgot our order for over half hour, even people came after us got their order. First time we asked one of the server, and helooked so annoyed by us and said the order would come out soon. After another 15 mins waiting we checked with a different serverand apparently they totally forgot our order. One of the waitress offered two complimentary lamb skewers. While we were waitingwe saw them gave order to wrong table, and tried to correct if by just transferring already served food from wrong table to theright one. No one ever refilled our empty water pitcher. Nasty atmosphere. Sticky table dirty plates. One of the waiter when hewas running foods out he left the tray on an unbussed dirty table. Hand soup in bathroom is diluted with lots of water. Wedivided the check. One party left $10 tip for the complimentary lamb skewers and the other party left $0 for the terribleexperience. The server complained to us with grumpy look and asked us if the service was bad? Bad service? No it was not badservice it was no service at all!!!!!! Overall, don’t recommend unless you have plenty time to waste."

This restaurant never let me down. I’ve been here several times, the dishes do taste like traditional Chinese Sichuan taste.

Chef Sha is a really underrated restaurant. While their hot pot doesn’t quite match up to Happy Lamb’s, the entrees we tried—frogs, noodles, and fried chicken—were all delicious. It’s also a great halal option since the owners are reportedly Muslim.

The food was absolutely delicious. We tried the chicken in spicy garlic sauce, beef brisket dry pot, vegetable noodles, and chicken fried rice. Everything was fantastic with a perfect level of spiciness. They also confirmed verbally that the food is halal.

Highly not recommended. 1. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional, treating all customers, including regulars, very poorly. He even uses offensive language to berate customers who pay by credit card instead of cash, showing a complete lack of respect. 2. The quality of the food has declined drastically. The chicken and beef are no longer flavorful and taste worse than they did a year ago. 3. Do not rely on reviews older than one year, as the restaurant’s food quality and service have both changed significantly, and not for the better. View menu

"Curry Hyuga had long been on my culinary radar, and today, I finally had the chance to experience it. The occasion arose as I needed to pick up my partner at SFO later, and given the mere 10-minute drive from the restaurant to the airport, it seemed like the perfect opportunity to satiate my appetite and make the most of my time, rather than aimlessly circling around the airport. Conveniently, there are numerous public parking lots scattered throughout the town. The restaurant opens its doors at 11:30 am, and I arrived promptly at 11:25 am, only to find a queue already forming outside, as depicted in the photo. The attentive server, Yuki promptly greeted each customer and kept my water glasses filled, setting a positive tone for the dining experience.Opting for their Signature Curry Rice Entree, which features their caramelized onion curry accompanied by shredded cabbage, creamy potato salad, and Fukujin pickles, I decided to elevate my meal by adding Chicken Cutlet Katsu Curry with Chicken Karaage as additional toppings. To my amazement, my order was delivered to my table in a mere 3 minutes, which left me thoroughly impressed. Curry Hyuga's standout feature is their incredibly tender meat, perfectly complemented by their mouthwatering curry—a true masterpiece with Kanazawa-style sweetness and richness that sets it apart. To further customize your dish, they offer a selection of five different spices: Ichimi Togarashi, Jalapeno Pepper, Pequin Pepper, Wiri Wiri Pepper, and Orange Habanero. I had the pleasure of sampling all of them, and personally, I found the Wiri Wiri Pepper and Orange Habanero powder to be standout choices. Their spiciness elevated the curry to a whole new level, complemented by the unique fragrance of the peppers."
