"We stopped by for a quick breakfast and coffee, and I'm so glad we did. We ordered the Big Boy breakfast sandwich and the Sunrise sandwich, and let me tell you—the Big Boy comes with double eggs and meat. The croissant was perfectly toasted, incredibly soft and flaky, and topped with a delicious special sauce that tasted mayo-based without being overwhelming. This was truly one of the BEST breakfast sandwiches we've ever had. The coffee was fresh, piping hot, and full of flavor. If you're in the area, this place is definitely worth a visit, and we will absolutely return next time we're in town. They offer indoor seating, outdoor seating, and a drive-thru. The staff was very pleasant and courteous."

"My mom and I were heading up to Chetek for my first cabin visit of the season, and we stopped by the B B for a quick burger and a drink. It's a pretty small and dark bar, and you won't find any craft brews on tap, but no matter, they have Mich Golden so I was happy. Their burger menu is pretty extensive, and a good deal. There is a set price of $6.99 for any of the 15+ burgers, including fries, and onion rings are just $1 more. The toppings range from sauerkraut, ham, and even peanut butter! I went with the Continental, which was a bacon and sour cream topped burger and the onion rings. I also ordered a Bloody Mary, which was very spicy and delicious. The food was excellent, especially the onion rings. I'll definitely be ordering them next time. I got to sample their fries with my mom's fish sandwich special, and they were awfully tasty as well! Not only was the food good, the price was right. For four drinks (2 gin and tonics, a beer, and a bloody) and two sandwiches with sides, the bill came to $25 bucks! I've heard they have pizza, too, so I'm sure I'll try that some time over this summer. I know I'll be back!"

"You usually don 't expect much from bar pizza, and even less from bowling alleys, but the pies from here will change your mind. They are flat-out delicious and the amount of toppings layered on top is l 'abbondanza. ' The front area has a large bar and ample seating at tall tables and booths. It 's a typical sports bar environment. The bowling lanes are separated from the bar and noise isn 't an issue. A number of large screen TVs are scattered around. The three of us ordered a large (16 Psychedelic. Of course, that led to joking about the particular mushrooms used for the topping. There are lots of combo options as well as different crust selections. We chose a standard (not thin crust. It was as good as it gets. The bottom was nicely browned and crispy and you could even pick up a piece which didn 't sag and have the toppings slide off. With a crust this good, we didn 't leave any pizza bones. The sauce was full flavored and not at all sweet. With all of the fresh toppings and a perfect ratio of cheese, this all added up to one, delicious pizza. The two bartenders (nee; waiters and bakers were friendly and attentive. They spent some time chatting and made you feel at home. It was a very enjoyable dinner. Good Vibe Great Pizza Happy Diners."

"We went to the Chetek Cafe with fairly low expectations; we wanted to try something new and somewhat local. Food: I ordered the gyro which is by no means a gyro as it 's pork. If you 're willing to overlook that inaccurate name for the sandwich it is actually legitimately delicious. The meat was well seasoned, tender, and juicy. It was, to quote my husband a surprisingly high quality of meat. It was also a fairly large size pita sandwich; I had ordered it as a basket and it was served on an actual platter huge. Service: Very casual vibes from staff but our waitress was super attentive; very prompt with refills. Everything you could ask for from a small town diner in terms of hospitality. Atmosphere: The building is getting on in age and the booths are small. Some seats at the counter are ripped and the color scheme of the interior is very mid 90s roadside diner, complete with taxidermied fowl in the window. If that 's your thing, you 're gonna love it. If you wanted more formal dining, you may feel put off. Overall the food was well above average. Go out of your way to visit this place it 's a nice value for the amount of food you receive"

"When I say WORST customer service I 've ever had, I literally mean worst customer service I 've ever had. The waitress, Hope, was the rudest server I 've ever encountered. Brought my wife the wrong drink. Brought my friend a Pepsi that looked more like 7-up than Pepsi and said, I think the Pepsi might be out , and walked away. Looked like a glass of water with a teaspoon of Pepsi in it. Another friend ordered an Arnie Palmer and she brought a cup of lemonade and a cup of tea. My wife ordered a salad, waitress says, is that on the menu? They had problems with it last night but it 'll be fine. Salad comes and there are ingredients missing that the menu said we 're supposed to be on it. One friend ordered wings and waitress drops the dish on the table and slides it at my friend and says nothing. Mistakes happen. But a decent server doesn 't make this many mistakes. Still, the mistakes were the minor issue. This waitresses attitude was unacceptable. I 'd describe the server as rude, entitled, annoyed, unapologetic, etc.. Will NEVER go back here again and suggest they hire someone who takes pride in their job and understands that the goal in customer service is to provide the type of service that makes the experience enjoyable for the customer. I always leave a minimum 20% tip. If you are pleasant and attempt to do a good job, I will leave more. This is the first time in my entire life that I left no tip. If I could have given less than nothing I would have."
