Good food at a great price. The food and interior of the restaurant are identical to the Chinese takeout places I would visit as a kid in 1990's New York City. It really felt like I got transported through time when I walked through the door. This place is cheap, good food with a healthy serving of nostalgia.

There is something wrong with the food at this restaurant. The texture and flavor seemed completely artificial. It was dry and difficult to chew, almost like rubber. The sauce that accompanied the dish was very strange and unlike anything I have ever tasted before. It was not appetizing at all. The shrimp fried rice was disappointing - overcooked, mushy, and cold. I have never had such bad food before, and I regret spending $24 on this meal. I am very disappointed.

I have dined at China Garden three times now, and I must say, I absolutely love the food and the woman who works at the front. They have my all-time favorite appetizer, shumai, which is perfection. The wonton soup was perfect on a chilly, wet evening. For our main course, my husband and I shared the boneless chicken and vegetables over house fried rice, along with a crispy shrimp egg roll. I am a big fan of China Garden!!! It is my favorite spot for Chinese food, especially because I live in Chalfont. There are many options nearby, but this restaurant is definitely the best. The food is always delicious and the service is fantastic. The owner is incredibly kind and treats you like family every time you visit. They truly value your business. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait for your food, but it is always worth it. I have ordered from here over 50 times, and it has been consistently excellent every single time. I never have to worry about having a bad experience when I dine here.

This restaurant is fantastic! The food is delicious and the atmosphere is great. I have never had a bad meal or experience here. The only problem is that everything on the menu is so good, it's hard to choose what to order. But the leftovers are just as enjoyable the next day, so it's not a big deal. Some of our favorite dishes include dumplings, cheese competition, roasted rice, and General Tso's chicken. My son's favorite is the dragon quiver special, which he highly recommends. The French fries are also amazing, better than any other local pizza place. I can't wait to try their cold sesame noodles next time.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for 12 years with no issues. However, yesterday we placed an order through their online website and two of the items were incorrect. The rice we ordered specifically without mushrooms came with mushrooms, and the steamed dumplings were made with raw dough that was sticky and stretchy. We tried to call the restaurant to let them know, but there was no answer. So, we reported the issue through their online website. Instead of addressing the problem, we received a voicemail from a woman at China Garden saying that we were not welcome to order there anymore because we complained. This is unacceptable.
