"I love this place. These reviews and this review are a bad reflection of this restaurant. If you are a city boy who likes food from the family owner neighborhood Chinese restaurant, this is the place. If you are a rural boy who does not want to venture into the urban jungle, you can come and get a taste of it here in Ocala. Between a liqueur and a launderette. No buffet no dining room, just take some damn good Chinese food from behind some Plexiglas and go home to eat until you can't get up. I recommend beef with broccoli or sweet and sour chicken. The sweet and sour chicken is exactly what you would expect from any Chinese restaurant in America, just like the rest of what they have. In my opinion, the places with higher ratings are not so good, especially for implementation. They are fast, it is the same every time and it tastes good. They don't have a silly well or a big flashy dining room, they just scrub good food quickly that satisfied."

The food is excellent! I ordered General Tso Chicken and Sweet and Sour Chicken yesterday, and both were delicious. The prices are reasonable too. View menu

We didn't receive the fried chicken wings, but everything else we ordered was fantastic. I only realized this morning that the chicken wings were missing.

This cozy little takeout spot may seem unassuming, but the food and sauces are consistently excellent. I've never had a bad meal here. Keep up the great work, and don't let a few unhappy reviewers deter you from enjoying this hidden gem!

The meal was too expensive for what we received. The fried rice was simply steamed yellow rice with some onions; it definitely didn't qualify as fried rice. The egg roll was greasy, and the filling was mushy. Additionally, the General Tso's chicken lacked any spice whatsoever. View menu

I called them just 10 minutes before closing, and they were kind enough to prepare a fantastic order for me. It was my first time trying their food, and the wings were quite tasty. The rice was unique compared to what I've had at other Chinese restaurants in my area. I really enjoyed it!

The only thing that actuality tasted ok from the 15. Pu Pu Platter was the teriyaki stick, crab Rangoon and the shrimp. The egg rolls were very doughy and bland, the spare ribs were bland, the teriyaki was slightly over cooked, the fried chicken tasted burnt on the outside. The Lo 41. House Special Lo Mein was edible with hot sauce and duck sauce added to it. Overall, for the price, the quality was barely worth half of what I paid $32 valued at only $16).

"Disappointed: Four of us dined there last night, and walked away very unimpressed. We each ordered an appetizer and four entrées, and a glass of wine ahead of time. The foie gras and escargots were nice. The imported French cheese plate had a Manchego, a Comte and another goat. Manchego is from Spain and the goat cheese was not French that we could tell either. You would expect a nice double cream, etc. These seemed like Sam’s buying club bought cheeses. When we asked the waiter. he really just shrugged his shoulders. We also also ordered the steak tartare. House grind good, but Very bland there should’ve been some seasoning mixed in with the meat. As for the entrées, we ordered a beef Bourguignon, which was the best of all four entrées. The mushroom Tajine, which was just used to serve the meal. It was not used to cook the meal in as customary. This dish lacked proper seasoning, and missing walnuts. the brie cheese they did put in should have had the rind cut off. I ended up with strands of rind in my dish. I did not finish it. We also ordered the cassoulet which was pretty clear they used canned beans, the duck Confit was not confit but roasted. It was served with a sausage that was std didn’t even ask or see the pork belly. . And lastly was the chicken airline breast. The Cremini mushroom demi glace, did not taste homemade but very familiar to a canned soup. I’m not happy having to give this review, but after spending over $300 on this dinner, I expected a better meal. One of our dinner guests that evening was a chef so maybe that didn’t help?"
