"I am quite disappointed with the way the manager manages this establishment. For example, when certain machines are not working or when only the aircraft appear on the map, rather than compensating customers with points or credits for their inconvenience, they simply brush off the problem. Furthermore, the wait time for food is unreasonably long. This place really needs to improve, as there is a noticeable lack of customer service."

The food was really good and hit the spot! It was very tasty. However, there was some confusion with the name on the DoorDash app, as it showed "Pasqually" instead of "Chuck E. Cheese." Also, the drinks were warm when our order arrived.

I'm giving it a one star because of the customer service and cleanliness. Being a food establishment and where kids play this is unacceptable. Manager is never available. Staff doesn't wash hands after bathroom use witness it) there is no Manger callback.

This location is decent, the games work and is mostly clean. The boneless wings are a big let down though, the regular size order is a joke, the wings are just small chicken nuggets covered in buffalo sauce. The pizza is good just over priced as in any Chuck E Cheese. View menu

I’ll give one star for customer service and cleanliness. Given that this is a grocery store and a place where children play, this is unacceptable. The manager is rarely available, and the staff does not wash their hands after using the restroom. Additionally, there has been no follow-up from management.

Went for my son's birthday, had a blast. The pizza was good but it seems like the one in humble tastes better. The only other issue we ran into was the beverage machine not being changed so the first set of drinks were disgusting but after that they were fine. Chuck E came out quite often so I was pretty satisfied with the turnout!

We celebrated my godson's second birthday here, and I have to say, the restaurant was very clean and not overly crowded. The best part was TJ—she was fantastic! She frequently checked in to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. Her attentiveness made the party feel more relaxed and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you! View menu

We went to celebrate my godson's 2nd birthday, and I have to say, this location was extremely clean and not overcrowded. The highlight of our visit was TJ, who was fantastic! She continuously checked in to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything else, which made our gathering much more relaxed and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place. Thanks, TJ!

I'm very disappointed with how the manager at this restaurant handles issues. For example, when some machines are malfunctioning or simply taking time to process cards, instead of refunding points or minutes, management seems to believe it's not their responsibility. Additionally, the wait time for food is excessively long. This place needs improvement and lacks proper customer service.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
