It was my 2 year old grandson's birthday party. I like the games and rides for smaller and larger kids. I wish they would seat people. I felt a little crowded and trampled by a party of people. Otherwise it was okay. View menu

It's been a while since my last visit, and wow, so much has changed! But it's all for the better—I'm really impressed. I enjoyed my time there, and my grandparents had a great experience too. It's still a fantastic spot for taking the kids!

The older kids really enjoyed their visit this afternoon. All the games were functioning perfectly! The prices were reasonable for the fun we had. While the food was a bit on the expensive side, it was quite tasty. We had pizza, chicken wings, and made good use of the salad bar.

I attended my second grandchild’s birthday party at this restaurant and overall, it was a decent experience. I appreciated the games and rides available for both younger and older children, which added to the fun. The kids really enjoy this place, but I’ve noticed that the staff often appears quite indifferent. I attempted to give them our cards and wristbands to pause the time so we could eat, and when I checked them after our meal, they still worked and hadn’t been paused at all. The food is pricey, and I find it absurd that you have to pay for water—about $2.99—especially since there’s no water fountain available. On the positive side, the pizza is good. It’s a decent venue for a birthday party, but I would recommend organizing your own celebration, as I found the staff to be lacking in attentiveness during my son’s party.

I had a fantastic time celebrating my birthday at Chuck E. Cheese in Tallahassee. Our party coordinator, Amber, was incredibly helpful throughout the event. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food compared to previous years. Everyone had a great time, and the birthday party cards came loaded with a generous amount of tokens. The only drawback was some downtime between activities, which made it a bit challenging for the younger kids. The Chuck E. show didn’t take place at the end of the event, which might have contributed to this. Worse experience ever. Party was 3-5 one pizza came out at 4:10. We ordered 2 samplers that didn?t come out in time. Party host was unprofessional. Took our pizza order an never came to back check on us. We literally had to run her down in order to get updates about our order. We were given cups no napkins or forks. We weren?t given lids or straws for our cups. The party host absolutely sucked. I will not visit this location again. It was ridiculous. Staff were too busy doing TikTok dances that they couldn?t do their jobs an be party hosts like they were supposed to be. Party host didn?t give out our pizza or cut our cake.
