I forgot to take a picture but I recommend the Grapefruit Yogurt 50% sweetness! It was so refreshing and I will try more drinks next time.

Menu says one thing and when you order they say it’s something else and cost more. Just go see the menu at the counter for coco black tea.

I order from Uber Eats, so I can't speak to the location, but the teas are fantastic and consistently good. They also pay attention to your preferences. I really appreciate that they offer sago!

Very rude cashier she claims to be the manager, when I was in line she helped other behind me, she said she was closed and helps only her friends, she claims to be the manager , so rude, worse experience here . It was 4:49 when I was in line but her friends arrived 4:55 pm, and she tell me she closes at 4:50pmParking: Target building

The milk tea uses non-dairy creamer but it was pretty good for not using fresh milk. The toppings of egg pudding, sago, and grass jelly went really well together too. Satisfied my milk tea craving. It's becoming rare to find coco lately, but whenever we do, we make sure to indulge! We were surprised to discover this location in downtown LA near the financial district since the one in Sawtelle has closed. Situated in a shopping plaza/food court, there was no line when we visited on a Monday afternoon, making it easy to place our orders quickly. I opted for the regular milk tea with 100% sweetness and regular ice, and it was absolutely delicious! I'll definitely be returning.

After lunch, my son wanted to grab a milk tea, so we decided to stop by this place. I opted for a taro milk tea, and I must say, they nailed the 50% sweetness level. It was delicious without being overwhelming. The staff member was knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the menu with ease. Both my son and I really enjoyed our drinks, especially on such a warm afternoon.
