you are open until 8 o'clock, I and my friend showed up at 7:30 o'clock and the doors were closed. super annoying, ruined our night.

We went for the new Nintendo promotion, but unfortunately, I couldn't get the cup my daughter wanted to collect. The chocolate ice cream was average, and the prices were exorbitant. The service was as cold as the ice cream, and I would suggest going to Rita's instead.

The two girls working weren’t wearing gloves and one on the workers left to clean up a customers vomit on the floor and then continued right back to making ice cream without washing her hands afterwards and didn’t even put gloves on after that incident??? Disgusting never going back

I love the Coffee Lover's Only signature creation, and the ice cream is good, but this place is VERY dirty. Their ice cream case looks like it hasn't ever been cleaned inside. The floors are always dusty. Also, their ice cream case has exposed wires and tubes that are a safety hazard View menu

I really liked how friendly the people were with us; my wife took her time with her selection and the lady was really patient; the place has a cinema feeling; and the ice cream was really good, we got the regular size and it was enough to enjoy at the pace and taking some home; my wife is really picky with the food and she was also pleased with the ice cream

I was really impressed by how friendly the staff were. My wife took her time to decide on her order, and the woman assisting us was incredibly patient. The venue even has a cinema, which was a nice surprise! The ice cream was delicious; we ordered the regular size and it was just right for us to enjoy at our leisure and even take some home. My wife is quite particular about food, but she was very happy with the ice cream as well.

we have 20 to 9 in the evening with 2 customers. then let a little court make. we waited patiently and at 9 he came out of the way and told us that they were the last to be served, and the other 5 customers were happy. I told the girl that he might have helped the customer instead of making a mess, and it was ridiculous not to serve the patiently waiting customers. her answer was that she didn't want to be there until 11. totally rude, unprofessional and the worst I have ever been treated anywhere.
