"It's a down home environment. Pleasant staff. Easy to read menus. Large variety to choose from, breakfast or lunch. A model train runs around the entire restaurant on a track mounted high on the wall. I had two of the items I ordered a specific way, and my breakfast came out to me exactly perfect. I enjoyed every bite. Prices are fair. Easy parking. Note: it is on a one-way street, but easy enough to go around the block. You will find breakfast and lunch items on the menu, including, Greek, Italian and American fare. Coffee is good. I give it 5 stars. Enjoy"

I had a fantastic experience at the restaurant. I enjoyed a gyro with onion rings, while my son opted for corn dogs and fries. The train-themed decor and location added a unique touch. We’ll definitely be back!

Great, as always! Just wish there was something we all can do to keep them open. That's right, tell your friends and family about Dee Dee's, and go order some of their great food! Saw them we care, I'm sure they are up to the extra work to fill up everybody!

It's a very picturesque old railway station restaurant. The Chili-Käseburger my son had was huge. He enjoyed it and filled it. The BLT and Chicago dog were good. My only complaint was the service was slow, very slow. Wasn't really busy. If you don't try it in a hurry. View menu

Today was our first visit to the diner and it was quite enjoyable. We stopped in for a late breakfast, the French Toast, bacon, and home fries were all very tasty. As the diner is in the old train station it plays off a locomotive theme including a train that runs on a track around the restaurant.

Nice ladies--owner and employees. Good clean food. Fair prices. Big menu. Love watching the trains. The train was blocking the crossing and one couple got out of the waiting traffic and came in for lunch. They were delightfully surprised by this way side diner . Come in. You won 't be disappointed. This restaurant is quite unique, located in a former railway station. If you're fortunate, you might catch a train passing by while you dine, which is entertaining for kids and adults alike. The food is of excellent quality, and there’s a wide variety of options available. It's a great spot for both breakfast and lunch, and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Okay this place is amazing! A small-town feel, situated right next to a busy Railroad with its own little miniature CSX HO train and fantastic food with reasonable prices! I had the homemade meatloaf with homemade mashed potatoes and homemade gravy with a side of spinach. It was absolutely delicious! I will definitely come back to this place. Service was fantastic as well. The restaurant and restrooms are spotless , heck they even had decent toilet paper LOL

"Disappointed: Four of us dined there last night, and walked away very unimpressed. We each ordered an appetizer and four entrées, and a glass of wine ahead of time. The foie gras and escargots were nice. The imported French cheese plate had a Manchego, a Comte and another goat. Manchego is from Spain and the goat cheese was not French that we could tell either. You would expect a nice double cream, etc. These seemed like Sam’s buying club bought cheeses. When we asked the waiter. he really just shrugged his shoulders. We also also ordered the steak tartare. House grind good, but Very bland there should’ve been some seasoning mixed in with the meat. As for the entrées, we ordered a beef Bourguignon, which was the best of all four entrées. The mushroom Tajine, which was just used to serve the meal. It was not used to cook the meal in as customary. This dish lacked proper seasoning, and missing walnuts. the brie cheese they did put in should have had the rind cut off. I ended up with strands of rind in my dish. I did not finish it. We also ordered the cassoulet which was pretty clear they used canned beans, the duck Confit was not confit but roasted. It was served with a sausage that was std didn’t even ask or see the pork belly. . And lastly was the chicken airline breast. The Cremini mushroom demi glace, did not taste homemade but very familiar to a canned soup. I’m not happy having to give this review, but after spending over $300 on this dinner, I expected a better meal. One of our dinner guests that evening was a chef so maybe that didn’t help?"
