"I can't give them any stars (but this review system requires you to select the number of stars) the woman who sold me food was being dishonest, knowing I wanted a certain item and sold me food that she wanted to sell off (at the end of the day) that seemed like a deal, but was twice the price than the prices on the board. They are cheats. I told her that I would gladly exchange the items for the item I told her that was my first order (which she never sold to me). Long story short, you never know what your customers, who have frequented your place are going through personally in their lives, and helping to just hear the customer's needs would have been enough. I walked out of there promising to never go to such a place that sells dishonesty. I would never recommend this place on their principles."

I liked their steamed BBQ pork bun, and felt the prices were very reasonableMy only complaint is that the rice noodle rolls were a bit 'thick ' and had a slightly grainy texture that wasn 't my favorite, as I prefer the gummy/sticky thin rice noodle rolls

My go to dim sum spot in my neighborhood, better then a lot of spots in SF Chinatown. The ladies serving up the dim sum have good customer service and every type of dim sum they have is quality. Make sure you you go around 11am to get the best selection of Chinese food. View menu

This neighborhood dim sum takeout is a gem. They have my favorite salty fried bread at a very good price! Dim sum dishes are so good quality at a very good price.Parking can be challenging during busy weekends and weekdays. One can only find street parking. Go early. I believe they open at 8am in the morning.Whenever I am in the neighborhood, will patron it.

The dim sum is very tasty as long as you know what your ordering. Often hard to understand what the staff is saying you need to do a lot of pointing on what item you'll like to purchase, forget about asking what your buying is.Vegetarian options: If you know what your buying your ?Parking: Street parking only.Wheelchair accessibility: Not enough room to accommodate.

Please don't go to this restaurant! The staff and operators were not dishonest. I bought a fish congee, steamed noodle rolls with beef from them, and steamed pork dumplings. My family and I found the food was not fresh and the congee was a bit sour when we ate it, we both had stomachaches and diarrhea afterward. I believe the food they sold us was left over from yesterday or earlier, this was my first and last visit to this restaurant. View menu

This used to be Hoy Sun dim sum/restaurant. I miss Hoy Sun. If you compare the food from back then to now, the ingredients and flavors now seem skimped. Tonight, I decided to get some food from the hot trays in front of the restaurant. Chow mein $7 an order (they also sell a smaller box for $5), pork chop $7 an order and a sticky rice with chicken wrapped in lotus leaf $3.85. If you go a few blocks down, the prices are lower. The food here is OK. Not great.

Whenever I 'm in the area, morning or afternoon, I always come here to grab a snack or a medium order of goodies. The ladies are always nice here, would tell me if I buy 6 of certain items it 's cheaper. Always accommodate my order if some thing is broken like 'this shrimp dumpling skin is a bit loose, I 'll give you a free one ' The flavor is always on point, it 's always fresh. They have things packed in containers for cheaper and if it 's cold they help you warm it up.

"Earlier this year Salty 's was featured in one of the top 100 places to eat in the Bay Area in 2022, and after trying it a couple times, it 's easy to see why. Quality and flavor, great customer service, it checks all those boxes. I occasionally visit the 24 hour fitness on Van Ness, and Salty 's happens to be just few short blocks away which makes it perfect when I 'm looking for a post-workout sandwich. And for those that know me, I love me my sandwiches. On my latest visit, I decided to go with the 'Glorious B sandwich, which come with turkey, bacon, avocado, pepper jack, veggies, and garlic mayo. The blend of flavors and high quality of the turkey is no wonder it 's at the very top of the menu list. It 's one of those sandwiches, that you can bring to park and not need a ton of napkins to get through. It was well put together, with the ratio of all the ingredients matching well. Nothing overpowering, just sandwich perfection. The size of the sandwich I thought was the perfect size for my appetite. As I 've gotten older I can 't put down as much food as I used to, and after one-half I knew I could 've stopped eating, be content, saved the rest for later. But of course I ate the whole thing and nothing sounds better than taking a quick power nap right after. I love that their menu has so many different sandwich combinations, so definitely take time to check their menu before calling-in/walking-in to order because it 'll definitely save you some time. On my latest visit, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Definitely towards the top of my list of sandwiches in this part of town!"
