Extremely unhappy ordered pizza at 8pm got the confirmation got notified that it's being prepared and nothing ever showed double check with the desk staff at the hotel we are staying in and they confirmed no pizza delivery came in. We went to Sunday buffet as all Amish places closed. Nice variety of items on buffet like several pizzas, wings, cheese bread, and the salad bar. They kept the foods stocked well as people ate it. I did get to try dill pickle pizza, and it was good. It was nice to try it without getting a whole pizza. Our drinks were served promptly. Staff was pleasant and helpful. My mom, my son and I came to lunch at the buffet last week. I was often here for lunch, but that was by far the best experience I ever had. Amber our server was timely and directly refilled on our drinks if needed and the buffet selection was wonderful! Buffalo chicken pizza, chicken bacon ranch, pepperoni and mushroom, cheese bread and several other varieties that were hot and fresh! The cinnamon puppets that are usually hard were soft and fluffy and we could not stop eating em! Thanks for the wonderful lunch!

The pizza I had was just as crispy and delicious as it was from East of Chicago 20 years ago. They haven't cut back on quality like many of the other pizza chains. They also have a lunch buffet available with a pizza bar and a salad bar. Both bars have enough variety for there to be something for everyone to find what they like. For me, their original pepperoni is unbeatable by by any corporate pizza I have ever tried. Great food and excellent service!! Two delivery orders in a row, a new employee has not recorded everything with my order. When I pointed out, management ABOVE and BEYOND went to correct the problem. I felt honest as if they cared for TRULY's satisfaction, which is becoming more rare nowadays. I love that they even had a sense of humor (see also Pick lol), and they didn't let me feel like I was a pain by showing it out. The feeling appreciated as a customer goes a long way with me, and they definitely try to feel appreciated! EXCELLENT Service and Management of this location! Very recommended!!

My wife wanted to get out of the house and go see the fall colors up toward Amish territory. We live in Dayton and the destination was Millersburg, Ohio. As we were leaving Millersburg, we didn 't see any mom and pop home cooked meals restaurants when I eyeballed East Of Chicago. We parked and went in to be greeted by a young man who asked us if we wanted the buffet. I asked how much was it, he replied $9.99 drink. We affirmed 2 buffets and were informed the pizzas would be out within a couple minutes.
