The menu and they way the did things felt a bit like a tourist trap. Nice setting though.

10/10 must! I’m a USVI local, and this place has it all! If you’re looking for a fun atmosphere, celebrating something, or just girls night or date night this is this place for you! Staff is warm and welcoming! The service is quick! Very impressed! Highly recommend! Great location!

We waited nearly 1 hour to get our first drink. My meal was cold with the chewiest potatoes I have ever tasted. The server was very unattentive. The bartender was alone and extremely overwhelmed. Two and a half hours for a horrible cold shrimp bowl with cold scrambled eggs and 2 very watered down martinis. Never again. This was the third time I have eaten there with only one good experience.

Had a dinner reservation, it took 2 hours 10 minutes before our food arrived! A vegetarian meal was ordered and it arrived with shredded beef mixed in with it! It took 1 1/2 hours to get a glass of water, supposedly no glasses were available, all being washed. Service was nonexistent and food (when it did finally arrive) was mediocre at best. The restaurant atmosphere and ambiance were great. Our server was friendly and welcoming. The only downsides were the kitchen and bar closed at 930 pm and our reservation was for 945 pm so we had to quickly place our food and drink orders and were not allowed to order anything else. Management need to rethink the kitchen and bar closure time, Especially considering it was New Year’s Eve. Good luck to the team .

We ordered drinks, including soda, to enjoy with our meal, but we never received the sodas. We had to ask two different servers before we finally got them, and that was after our food had already arrived. I made a reservation for a birthday celebration and mentioned it to the waitress when we were seated, but she seemed clueless and was rude when I asked about the cake. As a result, my fiancé didn’t even want to celebrate anymore.

I had a wonderful dining experience at El Leon last night while catching up with a couple of friends after the holidays. One of my guests was delayed coming in from St. Thomas, but the hostess was incredibly patient with our delayed arrival. Once we were seated, our waitress was friendly and took the time to explain the evening's specials. The seating was comfortable, and the atmosphere was lively yet conducive to good conversation, allowing us to reconnect after the holiday season. The service was at a pleasant pace throughout our meal.
