"I just discovered a new favorite restaurant! This was our first visit, and it was a wonderful experience. We started with the meatballs, which were incredibly flavorful and had a great texture. I was really satisfied with just two meatballs, haha! Next, we tried the House Ricotta, and wow, it was amazing. The balance of the cheese with the sweetness of the honey, complemented by the olive oil on the bread, was perfect. For my main course, I chose the cacio e pepe, and I’m so glad I did—it was outstanding! It ranks among the best cacio e pepe I’ve had, even compared to those in Rome. We ended up ordering a second bowl to share. My companion had the short rib ragu and really enjoyed it. We also shared the zeppole and panna cotta; they were good, but for me, the first two courses were definitely the highlight. The service was good, although our drinks took a little while to arrive from the bar. We will definitely be returning!"
