"I visited this restaurant last week. The pho was decent, but our server's behavior was quite unusual. They were rather rude, carelessly tossing the plates onto our table while serving the food. After taking our order, the server didn't say a word and vanished without a trace. We ended up having to get the attention of someone at the bar to settle our bill before leaving. This experience unfortunately overshadowed our lunch."

The food was delicious and the restaurant had a beautiful ambiance, but it might be a good idea to frost the glass between the tables. It felt a bit uncomfortable sitting so close to strangers while eating. View menu

Food was decent. A mix of modern and classic Vietnamese dishes. Chef has beautiful presentation. Bread seemed stale and soup did not come out piping hot more warm). Staff was pleasant, polite, with a dash of NY sass

I've experienced a lot of delicious food, and if I'm not in the mood for Korean cuisine, is the person in question a fan of it? This is a fantastic place to unwind and take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This is one of the finest restaurants in New York. Having grown up in NYC, I can confidently say that there are very few places that compare to this one. Every dish on the menu is expertly prepared, and the atmosphere and staff are exceptional. View menu

I understand getting authentic Vietnamese food in NY can be hard and expensive but Im completely shocked at how small the portions were. The flavor of the beef pho was ok but missed some other key ingredients like the beef balls and things you would find in a classic beef pho dish.

The noodle serving is surprisingly small compared to other Vietnamese restaurants. While there was a good amount of beef and vegetables, I believe they could easily increase the noodles to make it a more complete meal. Overall, though, the pho is quite delicious, featuring good cuts of beef and a rich, flavorful broth.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
