"If you find yourself looking for tasty Italian food in a small town with limited dining choices, you must visit Enzo's Ristorante Italiano. Their menu offers a wide range of authentic Italian dishes, although I do wish they had Tortellini Gorgonzola as an option. The owner runs the restaurant on his own, serving as host, waiter, and chef. Despite this, the appetizers, salads, and main courses were served promptly. The owner takes pride in preparing everything from scratch, and the flavors definitely reflect this dedication. For those in a rush, it is recommended to order takeout in advance. Although our meal lasted only an hour, we were the only diners present at the time. While the prices may be slightly higher, the quality and portion sizes of the dishes make them worth it. The dishes were well-presented and delicious. The owner was friendly, attentive, and skilled at recommending additional items, so it's best to politely decline to avoid extra charges. An automatic tip was included in the bill (we were a party of 3), and there was a small fee for using a credit card, which I personally don't agree with. Overall, our experience at Enzo's was fantastic, and I highly recommend trying it for authentic Italian cuisine. We will definitely be back."

Anyone who believes this is good Italian food clearly has no taste. The owner-cook is intimidating and the prices are outrageous. Stay away!

Beware of the numerous hidden fees at this restaurant. They are even sneaky when it comes to charging for an appetizer. Additionally, they added a $25 tip for a party of 4. They also charged $3 for a can of soda.

Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The prices listed on the menu do not match what you actually have to pay. For example, a 16-inch pizza was priced at $35 instead of the advertised $23. The owner is clearly dishonest and cannot be trusted. View menu

After moving to this area last year, we have been eager to visit this restaurant. Finally, tonight we were able to and we were beyond satisfied! The food was incredible and Enzo was lovely. We are excited to return and try more dishes from the menu soon!

This is the best Italian food I have ever had. I have dined at many great Italian restaurants, but the three cheese crepes with shrimp and mushrooms are a must-try. The white mountain white pizza is incredibly delicious. Despite the owner's attitude issue, the food he serves is truly exceptional.

On Saturday nights, this restaurant is not very crowded for a reason. The food is great, but the owner is difficult to deal with. He handles everything himself because employees don't stick around for long. Don't upset him, as he seems to have some issues to work through. He's not very friendly, so it would be best if he stayed in the kitchen and let someone else handle customer service. View menu

Enzo's in Snowflake, AZ is hands down the best Italian restaurant I have ever been to! The atmosphere is classy yet casual, with Andrea Bocelli playing overhead as you walk in. Enzo, the owner, personally greeted us and explained that he makes everything fresh, so patience is key. We started with incredible homemade mozzarella sticks with marinara, followed by a chilled salad with fresh parmesan and homemade dressing. The garlic bread was also a hit. The entrees were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The chicken parmesan was tender and flavorful, and the fettuccini Alfredo with mushrooms was creamy and satisfying. We ended our meal with Spumoni ice cream. Enzo served as our hos...

I am familiar with Italian cuisine and found the food at this restaurant to be just average. The owner uses too much cheese, which overpowers the flavors. The high prices do not match the portion sizes, as the dishes are small. My date and I ordered lasagna and baked ziti, along with side salads and mozzarella sticks, plus water, and the total came to $79.79. This was my first and last time dining here. I have been to five-star Italian restaurants in the US, and this place does not compare. The pasta seems cheap, the cheese portions are excessive, and the herbs and spices are likely not imported from Italy. Despite my experience in the restaurant industry and my brother-in-law being Italian,...

"My friend and I are both local business owners. We have eaten here many times together and with other friends. The service has been between cold and friendly, depending on the occasion. Today was a different experience. The waitress was not rude but didn 't communicate well. She didn 't ask questions, but rather made statements. I paid close attention to what she said because of this style of communication. Ultimately, The wrong order was brought to my friend. It was brought by the female owner. When my friend told her we didn 't order one of the plates, she didn 't ask any questions, just took it from the table. A few mins later my friend saw the owner and said I believe the order was just incorrect, and this is what I ordered The owner said from two tables a way in a very loud voice my waitress 's ALWAYS read back the order, you have to listen to my waitresses! . My friend was calm and soft spoken but the owner continued to blame my friend for being the issue. After several loud accusations I told the owner that waitress did not read back our order and that we arent going to be accused of lying. The owner yelled at this point I am done talking to you! and left the Seating area. Disturbed by her obvious mental health issues, We ate our food, and went to pay. Note: My friend did not get her other half of her order and still left a tip because thats just the kind of woman she is and why she is my friend, because of her heart. At the register, the owner took our payment. I told the owner that mistakes were human and that the wrong order wasnt a big deal but that the way she spoke to my friend was not acceptable. I said it calmly. She repeated even louder everything she said before, blaming us both now for not reading the menu or listening to her waitress. She was yelling now to a full restaurant that we were Karen 's although we hadn 't raised our voices and telling us we could never return to her restaurant and then yelled to the full restaurant how sorry she was for OUR disturbance. Please read all the other one star feedback reports. you will see a pattern of a short haired woman being rude and aggressive to customers. she is obviously imbalanced and lacks the grace and skills to care for her customers or correct problems caused by her staff. She also doesn 't understand the domino effect of word of mouth in a small community. There are levels of bad service, and this level has to be shared to prevent more community members from being mistreated."
