"In my opinion, Evergreen is the best Chinese buffet around. We've been visiting for years, and it sets the benchmark for us when comparing other buffets — and honestly, very few come close. Evergreen offers the best hot and sour soup; it’s genuinely hot and sour! Almost everything on the menu is delicious, and there's a fantastic variety. They have everything from sea bass to steak on weekends, along with classic favorites like potstickers, egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken, sesame chicken, and beef with broccoli. And I can confidently say they have the absolute best crab rangoons."

I am surprised by the negative reviews of this restaurant, as my experience was quite the opposite. The prices are fair for a Chinese buffet. We visited just before closing on a weeknight, yet the food was delicious and fresh. I had no issues with the staff at all. We're returning tonight and are really looking forward to it!

Excellent food! Why? People say it's crowded on Sundays. YES, but that just shows the food is good, fresh, and hot. If the place is empty, you should be concerned. We've been visiting this restaurant since 1998, almost every week. The staff is very nice, and the service is good. There's a great variety of food, and once again, it's always fresh, which is very important. The prices are comparable to other Chinese buffets. I highly recommend it—100%!
