"The meat floss roll also had soggy rice, and the meat floss lacked flavor—I've had much better from pre-packaged options. The chicken roll was similarly disappointing; the chicken was bland, resulting in an odd overall taste. The almond açaí bowl was decent for the price, featuring just açaí, fresh fruits, granola, and other toppings. It’s hard to go wrong with the presentation. However, the purple rice was not prepared correctly; it was more like sticky, soggy rice. There was an overwhelming amount of rice compared to the other ingredients, and the flavors didn’t complement each other. When it comes to the smoothies and açaí bowls, it's hard to mess them up, but I've definitely had better elsewhere. The atmosphere was tropical, but I waited over 25 minutes for my order, with only one employee handling everything in the front. While I understand online orders take priority, it would have been nice to receive some communication about the long wait times for in-store orders. Overall, I left feeling disappointed."
