"My mother in law loves this place and her and my husband have gone here for years prior to me joining the family! It’s a quaint little gem in Rockford, at the corner of a little strip mall. It has certainly grown on me. The food is affordable and the service is great! My reasoning for the four stars two things. First, the food is subpar. It’s not that it’s not good, it’s just not impressive. Two, is that they need to have a better system for random ppl coming in that aren’t supposed to be there because the last time I went, there was a gentleman that started yelling and it scared everyone. It looked like he was reaching for something while he was walking out and my mind went everywhere. So yes, security or some system needs to be put in place as this was the second time something like this happens. Other than that, the food is decent esp for the price!"

"pig minds does something that is so impressive and remarkable. they were able to build a massive customer base with vegan and not vegan alike, in the middle of nowhere, il. I find that it speaks quantities that their beers and foods are so delicious that they can have those who would not be found in a vegan restaurant again and again. I make it a point, in every time to stop I am in the opposite and every time, I leave myself full not only in my own, but in my heart."

"I work next door at Cantina Taco so I’ve been frequenting this place recently I just love it. I typically only order drinks, but there’s nothing I’ve gotten that I haven’t loved. My coworker gets the lavender lemonade with tapioca pearls I normally get either the match or chai milk tea with tapioca but, like I said, whenever I’ve ordered anything else it’s always been a hit. There’s also a man that typically works the register (I’ve been forgetting to ask his name) who is the sweetest guy ever. He always remembers my name never fails to ask about my day. This place is always super clean the staff is friendly. I couldn’t recommend enough for anyone to stop in at least once !!"

"Great modern menu... A notch above normal pub food. Everything is well prepared and recipes well thought out. Good rotating beer selection. Aeronautical atmosphere is interesting. Back room was loud. Our group and one other group was present and it was still hard to hear people at our table."

"We stopped for dinner. The decor is reminiscent of what English style pubs might be like. Large selection of beers and other cocktails. We tried a few things on the menu. Our entrees both arrived barely warm. The Shepard 's pie would have been much better if it was actually hot. Same with baked cod and mashed potatoes, which were also cool and bland. We had soup and a dinner salad and those were pretty good. I feel like there is microwaving or another form of reheating involved in the cooking here because we ordered a dessert that was a reheated brownie type cake with ice cream. The loo was quite dark and didn 't have TP in the stall, so I had to go searching in other stalls... which was not a surprising end to the visit. Our server was pleasant and attentive. The bill was about 65-70.00 with no drinks for 2."
