Service sucked. The tip is already included in which they double which is why the employees don’t care how they act. Charged us $300 instead of $200, scammers good luck to the owner keeping this restaurant. The most ridiculous thing that surprised me is they charged for the hookah plastic HEADS!! I Absolutely love this place! Especially on weekends! They have such amazing serves and the place is absolutely beautiful, you literally feel transported into another world with the belly dancers the Arabic singers! I have never been in a restaurant like this to fool me on their advertisement. They advertise the food package appetizer with a dinner for $49.99 when I received the bill ! that 4999 became $90 It was written very small in the bottom that’s for two person !!! my opinion that’s old cheap advertisement for four people.I was planning to have a party over there with this treatment of fooling othersGood luck to this company

I've been familiar with this restaurant for over 15 years, and it has changed hands multiple times. The most recent owner, Zizi, is truly outstanding. She provides excellent customer service and creates a lively atmosphere where families and strangers can come together to celebrate any occasion. This is the most successful this restaurant has ever been compared to previous owners. Zizi's attention to detail is remarkable, and she sets a great example for her team, who also offer a warm and welcoming experience. If you haven't been here yet, you're really missing out! Be sure to introduce yourself and say hello to Zizi when you visit.

Food is terrible. Food freshness is never a matter of a personal taste when the hummus have been clearly bought from the market next door and the stuffed grape leaves were canned for sure and served on a plate! I could taste the can preservatives.I am Middle Eastern/Jordanian married to a Lebanese and know how original cuisine should be, especially when it's fresh. Everything seems like it's been reheated and refried, thus very dry.Lots of kids there, cranky, crying toddlers and some 5-6 years old running all around. I’ve never been to this place before. At first I was amazed by the place, in shock of the amount of space they had. I went around 6:45-10pm. This place is a great spot to spend time talking to someone. During those times it’s relatively quiet with some music. I ordered some food and enjoyed it very much. The staff was amazing. Probably the reason, I will be back. “Uncle” George was truly a warming attendant to my evening. He made me feel like family. Eventually the music started playing and they had a live band. I went with a group of friends to the Golden Rose in April. They had an incredible buffet set up for Ramadan.The food was amazing and delicious! I was able to try dishes I had never heard of before. One that made a distinct impression on me was mansaf. Wow, was it fantastic! It is a lamb dish, and I normally don’t care for lamb. This dish completely changed my mind. I absolutely love it!We had such a fun experience that I decided to take my husband and son back the next week to celebrate my son’s birthday. Before the food was served, we informed our server that my friends were leaving, but she insisted they would still be charged since they sat down. Keep in mind, they left within five minutes. As for the food, it was disappointing. At $60 a person, I expected much better quality and service, but it was the exact opposite. Our server was unprofessional and seemed disinterested in her job.
