"I placed a pre-order for a 16x24 birthday cake nine days ahead of time, but when I picked it up on the specified day, I discovered that the cake was actually smaller than what I had ordered. The staff could have reached out to me to explain the situation, but instead, Nick acted as if he had just realized the error. He couldn't process a refund for the price difference and told me that the manager would need to take care of it. He promised that I would receive a call to sort out the issue, but a week has passed and I still haven't heard from anyone. Due to their poor customer service, I will not be returning to this restaurant."

every time I go to this cookie store, the employees are so rude to me. the times I have asked them for a cookie or something to drink, they *sigh* out loud and slam my order down on the counter. I don’t get it at all. cookies are supposed to be fun and I hate having to go to them so I stopped.
