"When I got home, I discovered a long black hair fried into the fish. Having worked in the restaurant industry for over a decade, I understand that these things can happen. I called immediately to request a replacement, but instead of an apology and a willingness to resolve the issue, I received a rude response from management. He didn’t offer an apology and seemed more concerned with whether I could make it back before closing, even after I mentioned I was 20 minutes away. I felt like I was being blamed for the situation when all I wanted was for my food to be recooked. His rude and confrontational attitude completely ruined my appetite. At that point, I just wanted a refund, not for the entire nearly $50 order but just for the fish. I only received an apology from a female associate after I pointed out that I hadn’t gotten one and she inspected the food. She insisted this never happens, but I highly doubt that considering there was HAIR FRIED INTO MY FOOD! Honestly, it wasn’t just the hair or the 20-minute drive each way that upset me; it was the awful, demeaning service."

Dine in? Must order at counter first. No where is it posted. Made me waste my time.

Great food, great service! Their sweet tea was good. I liked their Singapore noodles. They also sell Vietnamese Pho here.

Everything was served in takeout trays, and the Pad Thai was covered in a generic sweet and sour sauce and not very good. View menu

My favorite place for pho! I've been coming here for three years, and whether I'm dining in or taking it to go, I absolutely love this restaurant.

Been ordering here for years. Food is good. Today im sick and ordered chicken soup. I received hot broth with nothing in it at all!!! They didn't even return my money. Like I paid over $5 for hot water!!! View menu

The atmosphere is pleasant and the restaurant is very clean. I ordered the shaky beef, which was average; I've had better at other places. However, the shrimp pho was quite good and came with a generous amount of shrimp.

I ordered takeout chicken pho soup with an order of pork spring rolls. To keep it simple, the chicken looked and tasted weird. I boiled chicken that I had in my fridge and the taste and texture was completely different. I called the restaurant to ask how they cook the chicken and they said they use baking soda to retain the moisture but that doesn’t have anything to do with the weird taste it had. Spring rolls were okay, not the best. I thought this place was gonna be great bc of how many stars it has but it wasn’t great to me.

"I 've had Bulgogi Bibimbap many times in my past, but never a Galbi Bibimbap, so decided to try it here...This was a very casual joint in Suwanee...but quite spacious. There was only 1 Korean-fluent waitress, and she was very friendly. I tried my best to speak in my native tongue, though I 'm sure I sounded off. She was quickly on to me, and actually asked me if I needed a fork lol! *SIGH*As planned, I ordered their Dolsot Bibimbap w/ Galbi...which came in a huge skillet with a ton of veggies (pre-mixed . I also added this Sweet Corn appetizer, so that I can throw it into the mix. As expected, the dish was quickly delivered...all piping hot! Also as expected, it looked and tasted quite delish (pre and after mixing! ...and fully authentic! They loaded you up with sauces so that you can make the dish as spicy as you want it to be.Well, all the veggies were fresh and the Galbi was good (though not as fully marinated as I like it . Although I thoroughly enjoyed the dish, I felt that the portion of Galbi was just too skimpy. This was a HUGE skillet, but mostly loaded with veggies...and way too light on the meat. I thought that was a shame... 'cuz if they dropped just a few more Galbi meats in the mix, I would have gladly rated this 5 stars. However, I felt a bit ripped. Though a huge platter/skillet costing about 20 bucks, it was mostly veggies...and if I knew the meat portion was that small, I would have just ordered a Galbi dish on its own...as it would have costed about the same, I think? BTW, I enjoyed their complimentary soup, as well as their super-savory house salad, and Kimchi...in both regular and squared version. Overall, the foods were great...and the service was even greater? I would have easily given this place 5 stars, but there just wasn 't enough Galbi meat in my dish! Sorry...but I have to dock a star."
