"Absolutely fantastic! My friend and I hadn't seen each other in a while, so I invited her out for coffee. We each ordered a Matcha Frappe, which was absolutely delicious! The WiFi was excellent, and the atmosphere was great. I highly recommend this place if you're looking to catch up with friends over coffee, get some work done, or even just relax and play some games!"

"i’ve been here several times, and I’ve never had a complaint. The food is usually delicious and the atmosphere is wonderful. We went there a few nights ago, we were a party of six w/ a bill of abt $500. One of the members of our party asked for steam fish with ginger and garlic. There must’ve been a miscommunication because she was presented with steam fish with soy sauce, which was literally inedible and super bland. we mentioned this to the waiter he basically said there’s nothing I can do about it. The steamed fish was not inedible it was not eaten. we asked the waiter to please not charge us, but he said that was not possible. we asked to talk to the manager. we were basically told we could not talk to the manager and they could not take this off the bill. This was very disappointing as we have been there, many many times, and I’ve always loved the food It was just shocking and poor poor customer service"

"I often command from here. I am very picky when it comes to fish, but the fish here is always fresh and tasty. The salmon is freshly filled and baked. The sole is freshly baked and fried. The shrimp salad is made with cut large shrimps not tiny from a can. The tuna plate is very considerable. Cheesecake is always delicious. The people who deliver are always fast and friendly. Thank you Bayside Diner for your great seafood."

"I placed an advanced order for three people through Uber Eats. A couple of hours before the deadline, I made changes to my order, switching my soda to a diet root beer and removing the mac 'n cheese bites. They replaced the soda as requested, but kept the mac 'n cheese bites without charging me. It was strange, but I didn't mind getting free mac 'n cheese bites. However, the chicken sandwich I ordered, called the Edsel, was disappointing. It was extremely greasy, to the point where I could see my reflection in the bun. I had to constantly wipe my hands with a napkin because it was so messy. The sandwich was soggy and lacked any flavor. I felt like I could have made a better chicken sandwich myself, even though I'm not very skilled in the kitchen. If all of their sandwiches and burgers are like this, then I won't be returning to this diner."

"I absolutely adore the food at Ginos and make sure to stop by every time I visit NYC! The staff is also incredibly friendly and I always have a wonderful experience here. I first learned about this place when I was a student at Queens College in the early 2000s, but back then I couldn't afford to eat there often because of college expenses. I highly recommend trying the margarita pizza and avocado salad!"
