The staff is always changing but they are all nice and very pleasant to interact with. Their eating area is always clean and tidy. Spicy and delicious! I wasn't a fan of the extra charge for substituting the meat, especially since they all have the same price, particularly those two. However, aside from that, it was a great experience!

The gentleman who took our order this evening was very nice and attentive. We placed quite a large order than our usual. We only had to wait maybe 20 minutes if that. The whole order was correct! And every bit delicious! Hong Kong is always my go to for Chinese take-out.
