"The most unprofessional experience I’ve had the last 3years. Every time you call to place an order you are on hold for 15 min when you place an order it’s always 1 hour regardless of what day it is. When picking up your order you have the greeters who ignore you and carry on with their conversations and then have the audacity to ask you what did you order. I am done with this place. I picked up my order today and the place was empty. If you truly care about your customers and business you need to start holding your people accountable and setting clear expectations with follow up. I hope you care to do something about this issue and make necessary changes ASAP. I run a corporate restaurant and this a poor run business."

"Completely disgusting.. just ordered lunch,food was ready fast and the checkout lady was nice..However my general taos chicken was extremely spicy to the point of stinging the tongue much more than anywhere else I've had. The rice tasted old and verygreasy the broccoli was raw, plus ordered crab Rangoons that where over done with bitter bad tasting cheese..this was second trynever again. Great Wall is 3 more miles away and worth it. READ REVIEWS BEFORE EATING HERE TOO ALL MY LOXAHATCHEE LOCALS"

"Gave this place a few tries and unfortunately there's always something wrong. Today was the day that I felt compelled to leave a review of my personal and last experience with this place. After placing an order for pickup, I had to wait at the counter since I was told that the girl was bringing out the garlic rolls. In which I had no problem waiting. I understand that the empty dining room on a Saturday night can be pretty hectic and garlic rolls apparently made from scratch can take longer than expected wait times, even if I did place my order over 45 minutes ahead.... Bottom line is that the food that I had placed an order for 45 minutes prior to me picking it up was ice cold, that includes the garlic rolls that I had to wait for. There's no excuse for that."

"I've really given this place a lot of chances. Well over five times and the food is just horrible. Last I had ordered generals tso chicken and it was chunks of old hard breading with no chicken in it. I can't believe this place keeps getting away with this and still be open. People really need to step up and complain. Shame on you Great wall, for serving us old nasty food. I could only imagine what goes on in that kitchen that we don't see.?"
