"I usually do not leave bad reviews, but my family and I had such a bad experience in this place, I write this in the hope that this place improves, customer service wisely. We came with a group of 1 hour 30 minutes before closing, and I think they cleaned up to the end. I asked them if it would be okay for us to order yet, and they rolled eyes there and did not answer first, and then I asked for a second time and they reacted very rudely. When we got our drinks, they did it annoying to throw the straws on our drinks. These actions made our experience uncomfortable. We hope to revise this facility with a better customer service."

This place has really good shredded chicken buck. Most places have dry shrunk chicken banh mi but this is tasteful and juicy! The drinks and service are always excellent and

I ordered tarp coconut ? smoothie and forgot to tell 25% or 50% sugar, it was very sweet but if it the sweetness is right amount I know it would be good. I?ll get the right one next time!

It is my first time here and I ordered a ice cream coffee with boba, very good choice for coffee lovers. The wait was not long considering it is a Sunday. It is small inside but the wait is not long. View menu

My daughter wanted Boba and asked her from here. friendly people, clean, fast service. I have nothing to compare, but my daughter likes it. I think $5 is ridiculous for an iced tea, personally. They seemed to do a decent lunch, so the food must be good.

The service was very friendly. However, when I asked whether the avocado smoothie was made from real fruits, they said yes. The avocado smoothie tasted chalky and not very good (borderline inedible for $7). Much too sweet. I would come back for other stuff but this one was a major pass

Idk what’s worse, the customer service or the actual drinks from this place. EVERY SINGLE TIME we go, the drinks just taste terrible. If I ask for 25 sugar, they load it with sugar. Their smoothies are always slushed, and either very sweet or no sugar at all. We would go all the time and had no issues but ever since they started having really young, careless teenagers everything has gone downhill. View menu

You were amazing! The menu features over 100 flavor options for drinks, but it's not overwhelming. You can customize your drink just the way you like it, all at a reasonable price. The service is incredibly fast; if you're not in a hurry, you'll get your drink almost instantly! The staff is friendly, and everything is kept impeccably clean. The sand is crispy and warm. I would trade my pet hamster for more boba from this place!

The drinks and food here are delicious! They really pay attention to requests for less sugar in drinks, unlike some places where your instructions might be ignored and the drinks remain overly sweet. This spot actually listens and adjusts the sweetness accordingly. The Tudor sandwiches are tasty and come in generous portions, though I wish the bread was a little toastier. Overall, it’s a fantastic value for both your wallet and your appetite!

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
