I Love Pho - Menu

The manager does not update the wait time for deliveries, wasting 20-40 minutes of drivers and customers time because they want to make more money. Nobody would place an order, and no driver would accept it knowing it will be an additional 30-50 minute wait.

While waiting, I overheard a heated argument between the cook and the owner. The cook wanted to take a 5-minute break to take her medicine, but the owner was angry and criticized her work ethic using terrible language. I have been to this place a few times before and the pho is decent, but I will not be returning and I suggest that others avoid it as well.

I waited over an hour for my food. When I called to ask if it was ready, they lied to me saying it was ready and hung up. then I waited 20 more minutes, got no receipt, and had to come back because it was wrong. This is where I usually get pho. I’ve been noticing over the years that the service has been going down hill. Tonight was my last time I’ll be returning here. I was literally the only table in the restaurant but yet it look 15-20 minutes to get acknowledged and the staff is rude! I didn’t get water and got ignored while I was trying to check out. I’ll drive a little more down the street for better service. Thanks. ??

I did not personally dine at this restaurant, but I would like to review the service. It was the worst service I have ever seen. The staff was not attentive and seemed rude. Even the tables for guests were not properly maintained. I witnessed a man wait 10 minutes to be seated and another 10 minutes to receive a menu and water. After observing the poor service, I would not recommend this restaurant for dining in or takeout.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and I must say it was very good. I ordered the chicken dish and although the portion size was smaller compared to other places, the quality was excellent. I should also mention the wait time. I placed my order online thinking it would be faster, but ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes at the restaurant after 30 minutes had passed. I came with my family and I tried to order fried rice and asked if I could get the rice without eggs, the lady said that she couldn't do that because the food was made on tomorrow and it's the afternoon. they do not know the absolute cap people say it is fresh. also I never got my rice I ordered, and my brother never got his koks. every other family member has his. I've never been disappointed by a pho restaurant because it's hard to scare me. also the limonade I had ordered had tons sugar on the floor and tasted strange. I know it's cliché that people in colorado make every drug, but this limonade tastes like just green stuff.

Went back in after 10 minutes (guy that took my order said ready in 5) and was told by a rude Asian guy that “oh, he was confused with what you wanted”. So I re-placed my order and paid and waited in my car. 15 min later I went in and checked my food before leaving, my egg rolls had been cut up and placed on top of my shrimp fried rice. Confused at this point I asked can I just have them on the side, like a side order, as requested.. the guy flips out and starts yelling at me. Now I ask for a refund, I don’t want the food or the energy. He refuses to give me a refund and basically flung the food my way. How on...
