"We enjoyed breakfast at this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The waitress was friendly and clearly knew her job well. Our food arrived quickly and was served hot. The eggs were cooked just as we requested, and the bacon was a high-quality cut—perfectly cooked and not greasy at all. The buttermilk pancakes were delicious, thinner than those at Denny's or IHOP, and had a lovely golden color without the doughy texture. The restaurant appears to be quite popular, but the staff managed the crowd smoothly. While it could benefit from a deeper cleaning, it was generally tidy."

I had the biscuit and gravy omelet, and it was amazing. Everything was just right. Our waitress was really good as well.

We were warned upfront that only two servers were working, so no star deductions for this. However, after we and several other parties were seated someone else was seated, order taken, and food served before any of us who came before had our order taken. Of course, we left at that point. View menu

We were there New New Years day. Irene was our server — she's a rock star! We all commented on how great she is. I had the misfortune to leave my purse. They secured it until it could be picked up. I now have it back with absolutely all contents accounted for. Wouldn't miss going there again — just hope Irene is still there!

Our server Britney was witty and charming. She greeted and seated us in a timely manner. She helped me decide which dish would work best for me, and checked on us often. The food was generously portioned, and very well priced. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. We look forward to returning on our next trip to Springfield!
