"We stayed in Rochester at an AIR BNB for the weekend and decided on the way home to stop at a local place for breakfast so we chose Long Pond as their menu seemed very big with lots of delicious choices. We arrived just before 9 a,m. on a Sunday and it was us and 2 other tables so we were seated and waited on right away. We ordered drinks and then looked over the menu we had a hard time deciding as there were so many breakfast choices....my sister in law had the pecan pancakes, I had a breakfast special, my brother in law a western omlette and my husband the gyro breakfast. All the plates were full when they came alot of food and everything we ordered was very tasty and filling. The waitress were very efficient and were on the ball with coffee refills etc. By the time we finished our breakfast the entire place was full and there was a long line out the door, so it must be a very popular local place. I would definately go again. The menu had like 12 different types of pancakes, 10 different omlettes and a great array of things to choose from you will definately find something for everyone even the kiddos. A must try if in the area"

"Had the Buffalo chicken wrap with fries. Very delicious. Great sauce on wrap and the seasoned fries were hot and crispy. Great atmosphere (the obvious support for law enforcement was refreshing to see). Our server was very friendly and efficient. I will be returning and bringing friends."

"this evaluation is therefore only for the wings and plastic cups. they are ****! ordered extra hot buffalo and they hardly came a sauce at all and a hauch of choking, that is not the first time that this happened, so I know that this is how they serve them. many people like them, but if they like hot wings, this is not their place. ok, so that they get out with their wife and friends and fall 80 for 2 to dinner, then they go to the bar for a drink and get them plastic cups, they are for real, then receive a refill and they add ice and drink in the same glass. this place needs a revival action."

"When I asked an employee about it, they claimed the guacamole was on the salads, just hidden underneath everything. I ordered two salads, yet there wasn’t a trace of guacamole on either one. The explanation felt absurd — if it was there, I would have been able to see it. I took the time to double-check, and I knew it wasn’t included. I ended up calling the manager, who insisted that there was guacamole on the salads and claimed to remember the situation. Honestly, I’ve had enough of this place. The prices have increased, but it seems like the amount of chicken served has decreased. It’s just ridiculous. I won’t be coming back."

"On Saturday, 3/19/22, my sister and I went to Blue Barn for one of their famous burgers. First time we have been back since before Covid. Will not return again. The burger was very dry and the fries were lukewarm. When I went to the window to pick up my meal, I tasted a fry and told the young man who was placing the food on the counter for pickup that they were not hot or even warm. He apologized and said he would return it. While he did so, I went back to my table to tell my sister (who was waiting for her pager to go off), and went back. My tray was already sitting there and I asked him, are they hot, and he said yes. So I went back to our table (on the other side of the room), and sat down. I started to eat, and realized that the cook(s) just gave me back the exact same fries. They were not hot, and were soggy at this point from sitting around. Maybe the cook was offended and just gave the tray back telling the young man at the pickup window they were fresh (he was completely innocent of this and was very apologetic when it happened). At that point, my sister sat down with her tray and I asked her to check her fries piping hot!!! At this point, due to the noise and commotion (kids were running around everywhere and in between the tables), she said, I'll just give you some of my fries and let's eat and get out of here. On the way out, I spoke to a young woman who was at the hostess desk, and she offered to call a manager, but I told her we would never return anyway, so I did not see the point, but she agreed to tell the manager. However, I decided to write this review because I wanted to be sure that your management was aware of what happened. I would have rather spent $9.00 at McDonald's for a quarter pounder and fries, than on this burger plate for $17.00. I realize that due to COVD prices have gone up, and that is not what bothered me, but the quality of the burger and fries has gone down and that was very disappointing."
