"Stuck in Mickey-land for a convention, a group of us were looking for a Sunday brunch spot. Oscar's at the Waldorf sounded like what we wanted and off we went. Although I'm not a lover of buffets, this one looked amazing, with more variety than usual, including a smoked salmon bar, prosciutto bar and honey dripping from a honeycomb! There were a lot of family's with kids, so it was a bit noisy, but that didn't really detract...everything the group of 4 tried, we loved. Only 2 things that were a little strange were that the cost of the buffet only included Mimosas, not **** Marys and there were no Eggs Benedict on the buffet??What impressed me most though was the commitment to making the customer happy. When I got to the salmon bar, it was empty, although two staff members I asked told me it would be restocked. When I mentioned it to our waiter, he came back and said they'd run out, which was disappointing. The manager came over an apologized, said they'd even sent over to the next door Hikton but they were out til Monday...not what I wanted to hear. 15 minutes later the manager appeared with a plate heaped with the best smoked salmon I've had in a long time....THAT is service."

"My worst gyu-kaku experience by far. I made a reservation for my family and infant. I made it very clear that I would be coming with a baby. When I arrived, they could not accommodate our stroller. The hostess basically said there is no way to accommodate the stroller and said the table for a stroller is already reserved. Since when can we reserve tables meant for strollers? If that was an option on my opentable, then I obviously would have done it. And how is there absolutely no space to place a folded stroller somewhere in the restaurant? I’ve never had this issue with my infant and stroller at any restaurant. This was extremely annoying. I am not sure I will be returning here."

"I absolutely adore this restaurant. The food is amazing, the service is top-notch, and the delivery people are always friendly. It is hands down my favorite pizza spot in Santa Clarita! "I was visiting from Phoenix to go to Magic Mountain and a friend of a friend recommended this restaurant. I am so glad he did! The chips and salsa were amazing, with fresh, homemade chips and delicious avocado salsa. I ordered the nachos with black beans and chicken, while my friend got the beer-battered fish tacos. We loved everything we ordered. The staff was very friendly and patient, despite the limited seating causing a bit of crowding. We arrived around 8:30 on a Saturday night but it was well worth the wait. I will definitely be returning when I am back in town."

"We sat and waited for service while the people next to us came in after us and was served right away. The people next to us got their food first. My appetizer was a little burnt. When my meal did arrive I had to ask for a condiment that is served with the prime rib. The person who served the food had sneezed into his hand and also wiped his nose with his hand before coming out with our food. Did he wash them afterwards? Who knows. I wasn't finished with my dinner and they tried taking my plate 3 different times. Just not very happy with the way things went. It seemed like it's not what you know its who you know to get service."
