We enjoy visiting Kilwin's during Halloween and Christmas! It has become a cherished part of our holiday festivities! The staff is always friendly!

The atmosphere was fantastic, and the ice cream was delicious! I would rate the taste at 8.9/10 and the texture at 9.2/10, with a price rating of 8/10. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend trying the Cookies N Cream flavor! (Just to note, the ratings are made up.)

I had a delightful experience in the charming seating area, savoring a scoop of lemon sorbet on a warm day—it was exactly what I needed! The prices are a bit on the higher side, typical for a tourist destination like Old St. Charles. First time ever writing a negative review. It was insulting enough to pay $26 for two scoops of ice cream and a chocolate shake. When I asked the person behind the counter for a cup of water her comment was we don 't give out cups of water . I 'm sure some of this is due to inflation, but quite plainly, I will not be going back. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other

I’m giving this place a terrible review because, while we were at the nearby store, we were informed that we could get a sample of ice cream before making a purchase. However, when I asked for a sample, the staff said no. They continued to text as if I wasn’t standing there with my children. We were polite and respectful, but they behaved unprofessionally. I refuse to support this establishment in the future.

Wonderful ice cream and candy/fudge shop along Main St in Old St Charles. Excellent selection of flavors. Service is always great. You always get a free fudge sample upon request. Good amout of indoor seating for an ice cream shop. Two nice sized outdoor patios for good weather. Two things to be aware of: Parking can sometimes be a little challenging in the area. The ice cream is a little pricey for the area. Service: Dine in View menu
