"Wonderful dinner tonight! Steak cooked perfectly, and my waitress was phenomenal! Heard some of the staff tell her they were out of Mac n cheese, so I ordered Mac n cheese, she actually went back and found me a small batch from somewhere and it was delicious! She did it jokingly and I love the fact that she had been on her feet all day and run ragged but still found a way to have fun!"

"We saw the sign and stopped to eat while on a weekend drive. So glad we did! Place was very clean. We were seated immediately. Our waitress was Tori and she was super nice and very friendly. We had the cheese fries as an appetizer. They were very good. Myhusband got a burger that he really enjoyed. I ordered 10 wings extra crispy and took Tori's recommendation and got them withthe honey Sriracha sauce. They came out perfect and the honey Sriracha was the perfect mix of heat and sweet! She alsorecommended the sweet potato fries with their homemade sweet dipping sauce as my side. They were amazing. I have thought aboutthe sweet potato fries and sauce many times since I returned home. I will definitely eat here again the next time I'm in thearea and I hope I get Tori as my server again when I do. She was really awesome!"

"Update from my previous review: Usually have breakfast only here but today decided to try the lunch special, and man am I glad we did! Today I had the chicken and dressing with green beans and potato salad and cornbread. Holy cow that was delicious. Wife had steak and gravy with vegetable soup and green beans, which was delicious also, and our dad had the grilled ham with veggie soup and cole slaw. Everything was incredible. Now the problem is deciding what to eat when we come back! Previous review: Best breakfast place in town. I come here every week or so for my favorite breakfast. This restaurant is clean, the staff is awesome, they make you feel comfortable and at home, the service is extremely fast, and the food is excellent quality and you get a lot of food for your money. I usually get the 2 eggs over medium, city ham, grits or hash browns, toast or biscuit. The ham is huge and fresh, no gristle, the biscuits are made from scratch and soft and tasty. The grits are good, not as thick as I like but good, and nothing is greasy, even the hash browns. The owner is a GREAT guy that cares about his staff and it shows, all of his employees are happy and love their jobs, and that translates into a good experience for all. I'll be back many more times and highly recommend."

"We order from here more than occasionally and usually receive our order within 30-45 minutes. I was given an estimate of 45 minutes to an hour, which was understandable on a Friday. At the hour mark, I did receive a call from the driver that my order was delayed. Qt the hour and a half mark, I called to question where my order was. I was told that a lot of orders came in at once and that caused my delay. Be that as it may, I worked in this industry in my younger years and that's not an excuse. First orders in, first orders out. I am hoping that we get more options of delivery for our area as Hometown is currently 1 of 2 that actually deliver to our location."

"This restaurant can get extremely busy, often with no parking available, but they still manage to answer their phone and take my order promptly. They also brought my food out very quickly. The staff works incredibly hard and truly deserve a significant raise for the excellent service they provide, which is likely why the place is always packed. They are fantastic people serving delicious food. I highly recommend this place to everyone! Meal type: Dinner."
