"I ordered the chicken ramen, pork fried dumplings and vegetable fried dumplings. The food could easily have fed 3 people. We ate well tonight. I picked it up—a short walk to from the hotel. It was still good and warm by the time I returned. We were given forks, chopsticks, napkins and varied dipping sauces/soy sauces. This is perfectly normal in most cases for take-out but I felt compelled to add the note of it since not all of our takeout meals were sufficiently supplied for hotel room consumption these days. My family would love to visit and eat in at the restaurant on our next visit. Absolutely delicious and a clean restaurant. The staff was very friendly. I made sure to buy a t-shirt to return home with."

The dumplings had the perfect amount of broth to keep them juicy, and the ramen had a subtle yet powerful flavor.

It is a pleasant surprise to find this little Chinese restaurant in the heart of Manhattan. The food is authentic and so yummy. The portion is pretty good for the price. View menu

Food was outstanding, service was just as good. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for high quality food and good vibes. We got the soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings, chicken dumplings and ramen. Everything was great!

Soups, dumplings, and soup dumplings! Wonderful selection of cozy comfort food such as dumplings, soups (including ramen) and their specialty soup dumplings! The menu is focused on what they love making and avoids the random assortment that overextends a small kitchen. View menu

I had the best dining experience here tonight. Seafood hotpot and fish dumplings were out of this world. Everything tasted so fresh, healthy and well prepared. The soup broth was particularly outstanding. Highly highly recommend this place. Also ordered a hot oolong tea with honey which was quite flavorful. I’ll definitely be back here.

This place is amazing! I got recommended by a friend of mine and it was right near the hotel I was staying at! The soup dumplings were amazing and the Fatty Beef Hot Oil Ramen was amazing and well needed in this cold weather. Yes there is a 15% service charge for dine-in but totally worth it! I would highly recommend this place and I'll be back when I'm back in town!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
