"The tacos at this restaurant were very dry, regardless of the type of meat used (shrimp, carne asada, pastor). They lacked seasoning and were not enjoyable. The shrimp used in the tacos seemed to be low quality and not properly cleaned. The mariscos cocktails might be worth trying, but I cannot speak to their quality. The tortillas at another nearby restaurant are much better and the place is always crowded, whereas this restaurant was empty. It's not clear why the owners of this restaurant do not strive to improve and create a unique dining experience."

"This restaurant is a hidden gem! Ask Brenda or Greg for recommendations and you will not be disappointed. I appreciate that their Thai iced tea is not overly sweet. This was my first experience with Lao food and it was absolutely amazing! The restaurant is clean and beautiful, with friendly and welcoming service. The food is even better - everything was fresh and served hot. The staff here are clearly passionate about their cuisine and their talent shines through in every dish. I highly recommend trying their Lao fried rice lettuce wraps, orange chicken, Chinese greens with pork, and mango sticky rice. We are looking forward to returning to try more items on their menu. The restaurant offers plenty of parking in their private lot and accepts cash, credit cards, and more."

"I absolutely adore this place! I loved it when it was located on Sayre and Eldridge, and I love it just as much at its new spot in San Fernando. The food is fantastic, always fresh, and everything tastes amazing. My favorite is the Chiliburger—plain, wet, and with mustard. It truly is the best!"

"I was really disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy the food due to the terrible service I encountered. When I walked in and approached the counter, the hostess just looked at me without any acknowledgment—not a smile, no indication that she would be with me shortly, nothing. I waited for about 10 minutes while she attended to her other tasks, making drinks and taking orders from tables, all while ignoring my presence, even though she could see I was waiting. Ultimately, I decided to leave because I didn’t want to experience any more subpar service. The food did look great, so it’s a real shame I missed out. I hope they provide better customer service training soon so I can come back and try the food."

"The food here is fresh and delicious. It's similar to Subway; you go through the line and select your toppings for your bowl or burrito. Personally, I find that one bowl is enough for two meals. You can also request chips if you'd like. Everything is consistently good and fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive. It seems like the cook in the back truly enjoys his job, as he sings while he works, and it's nice to hear his cheerful music."
