"I was really disappointed that I didn't get to enjoy the food due to the terrible service I encountered. When I walked in and approached the counter, the hostess just looked at me without any acknowledgment—not a smile, no indication that she would be with me shortly, nothing. I waited for about 10 minutes while she attended to her other tasks, making drinks and taking orders from tables, all while ignoring my presence, even though she could see I was waiting. Ultimately, I decided to leave because I didn’t want to experience any more subpar service. The food did look great, so it’s a real shame I missed out. I hope they provide better customer service training soon so I can come back and try the food."
